Buying a car from Maguire Chevrolet in Baldwinsville was

Buying a car from Maguire Chevrolet in Baldwinsville was the best car buying experience you could ask for. I live about 2 1/2 hours away from the dealership, so I called and made sure they had the vehicle I was interested in before heading out. The salesman I spoke to was Tom and he offered great customer service from the moment he answered the phone. He even came in a couple hours earlier than scheduled to make sure we had enough time to buy the vehicle I wanted before needing to head back home for work. I’ve had some pretty bad experiences at other dealerships in the past, but Maguire is nothing like those other guys! I just love my new vehicle, a 2022 Chevy Equinox RS, and I will definitely be making Maguire my first choice for feature purchases!

Buying a car from Maguire Chevrolet in Baldwinsville was the best car buying experience you could ask for. One of the Worst time I'm purchasing a vehicle.

One of the Worst time I'm purchasing a vehicle. We purchased a used vehicle That was on the website and only had 13989 miles. As we drove the vehicle, it had 48000 some admirals. Oh oops, we're sorry. We forgot to change the webpage. Pick the car up, never got any financial paperwork. Nothing come to find out. Everything was put in a wrong address wrong phone numbers. Kept telling us they emailed. Everything never got an email. Finally get them and there were things on there. We never agreed to now. They're saying oh yeah, you said you were buying that warranties. No, we did not. Nothing but trouble since the day we purchased this truck. Wish we never dealt with McGuire. 's and will never do it againl

Stay away from MacGuire service and collision.

I purchaed a 2017 Chevy Equinox from the previous owner (Evans), with the Auto Armour rustproof package. Since MacGuire took over a few years back, they just seem to be more and more customer unfriendly, speaking specifically re: the service and collision departments. They will not even speak with me (or let me bring the car over for a look) regarding two different rust issues. Then they wanted to make me wait a week and a half recently to even talk with me about a potential emergency situation with my cooling system. They seem to want to dump on the existing customers. I will not be buying there again.
