Joe was patient and provided information on all the cars

Joe was patient and provided information on all the cars I was interested in (like 12 of them!). I never felt any pressure to buy and he understood the concerns I had. He knew the inventory really well. I found a car I really love!

Very poor communication and customer service from

I had a very poor experience they never told me the price of the vehicle even though I asked at least 6 times all I was told is they are working on it now. I did buy the vehicle without knowing the price because I needed a car. The whole time they were very secretive about everything, I also asked to look at another vehicle and was told it wasn't ready yet after I bought my vehicle the car I really wanted was on the lot for sale. I had my vehicle less than a week and it broke down I didn't get ot back until two and a half weeks later and it still wasn't completely fixed. I was told to bring it back and to call first to make sure they had a loaner for me, so I did and left a message with the GM Tim Sayer and I'm still waiting for a call back 3 days later!! I'm very upset as I have been getting the run around since I first started looking at the vehicles. They say their cars come with a 30 day warranty yet it's a inconvenience for them to take care of the issues and the customer that pays their checks!! I spent over 15,000 dollars on my Jeep and would think there should be nothing wrong with it being they say their cars go through a 120 point inspection. I noticed right away several minor things that were wrong with it and was told it would be taken care of yet it still needs fixed after 2 and a half weeks in the shop because only a couple of issues were corrected!! As a customer who has bought 2 other vehicles from there 6 years ago and had great experiences each time, after this recent purchase I will never go back nor refer anyone to them!!!!!

RESULTS OF BROKEN CAR

The car I bought from this place had an issue from day one, which they knew and had promised that it would get fixed...they had my car for at least a month after I bought it and After Tim the manager telling me there was nothing wrong with my car, which anyone who would of drove it would of felt the stuttering when you go to take off, but anyways I was told they could not find anything wrong with it...I have fought this for months now and I finally got stranded in it, come to find out it was the dual clutch in the transmission and it finally went out. After getting it to a transmission place, I found out that the warranty that they talked me into getting did not cover it all so even though I am dishing out all that money for a warranty, I still jad to pay $826 out of pocket.I called and left a message on Tim's machine 2 days ago and I never even git a return call....I'm sorry but they knew something was wrong with but did not want to deal with as promised and that is really sad!!

My experience was terrible

This dealership in Maumee has the worst sales person I've ever met in my life something needs to happen I'll never go there again and I will not recommend anyone to go there

Cars aren't detailed very well. Most were still dirty and they had missed garbage from previous owner. Had dangerous issues with vehicle days after purchase and got ignored for warranty service.

A month ago, we found a vehicle online. When we visited the dealership, was told by the salesman that the vehicle was $5,000 more. Found a second vehicle online and scheduled an appointment at dealership. While discussing financing options, again was told the price of the vehicle was listed incorrectly on the website and the price would be higher. Not trustworthy. Will not patronize this dealership again.

False Advertising

One month ago I found a SUV on their website. When I got to the dealership was told vehicle was $4,000 more than advertised. Today I had an appointment to see a second vehicle. After applying for the vehicle, found out it cost more than advertised on their website. Very disappointing. Will not be returning to dealership.

AWFUL!

If I could give this place zero stars I would! I had my Buick less then 3 months and the check engine light is on and the fuel pump is going out!
