We drove 5 hrs to this dealership to come look at a Chevy

We drove 5 hrs to this dealership to come look at a Chevy Traverse. Jenny Jo received us with a friendly attitude. At first, we didn’t make a deal due to the trade on value on our vehicle. Jenny suggested we try to sell our vehicle at a place she recommended. And that’s what we did. We came back and got the deal finalized. They were really patient and answered all our questions.

We drove 5 hrs to this dealership to come look at a Chevy Traverse. Jenny Jo received us with a friendly attitude. At first, we didn’t make a deal due to the trade on value on our vehicle. I’m an older man who has purchased nearly 2 dozen

I’m an older man who has purchased nearly 2 dozen vehicles 'retail" in my life so far. Several of which were through dealers of many types. We came across Glenn Polk Chevrolet by chance while shopping for a late model used F350. After shopping hard all over the Metroplex, there were 3 trucks that met all our needs. Of course, they all were at different dealerships. In a leap of faith and to make sure that we shopped all of them, we made the long journey LOL out to Sanger Texas. Keep in mind that we live in Southeast Arlington. It’s approximately a 3 hour round trip with traffic. (Arrg) No matter as it turned out, these folks were very straightforward and kept their word throughout our deal without ANY EXTRA xx.. My sales person CYNTHIA was top notch. As well as her manager, who didn’t waste our time. In all, I strongly recommend this dealership and CYNTHIA in particular. It was definitely worth the drive for us."

When I submitted my information I also included the trade

When I submitted my information I also included the trade in information as it was asked. Unfortunately I didn't get any pricing information just a canned "when can you come see the car" email. I'm not driving 2 hours to see a car without some kind of ballpark idea on the total deal's numbers.
