John Jones Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM FIAT

June of 2025 I purchased a new vehicle from John jones ram with 17 miles on the odometer. In July the check engine light came on and the nightmare started with the service department. The truck sat there for 5 months while they threw parts at it all while attempting to convince me a software update was the answer to everything. I was able to drive the truck 4 thousand miles before being it back in for service , a simple oil change and fuel filter exchange turned into xxxx. The truck was there for 7 hours and still managed to be pulled out with a check engine light on while dumping fuel from the filters. The yes boy named “joe” claimed this was all normal and he can have it verified as such. After another day they finally managed to stop the leak but the engine light will remain. “ normal” for a 75,000 dollar truck he claims again. The truck was drove another 1000 miles all to see it start dumping def fluid from who knows where. The all knowledgeable “joe” was called and service to my 9000 mile truck was declined. Save your money and take it , literally anywhere else. This place will not only rob you on a misdiagnosis but once they have exhausted all YouTube searches they will decline service to the vehicle they sold you. Reviews for this xxxx hole go Unnoticed as it’s been confirmed when a bad review comes in they run to mopar and claim that they didn’t have the support they needed. No accountability is how they do business. John jones service , they do it right , cause they do it twice.
