One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at dealership
One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at dealership trying to work with the salesman, David. Already bought one truck from him in the past and went back to him as a second customer and he continued to push me off saying that he was busy. then I asked to speak to the manager or the GM he continue to say that they were either off And then another day that they were too busy to talk when I asked for the GM or owners email he says that they do not allow them to give that out. What kind of GM does not want customers feedback. When I left a message for the GM sales manager or anybody to call back on the voicemail and by email he was obviously correct because three days later I have still not heard back from anybody. Don’t waste your time with Polk.

Worse customer service i have ever received
I have reached out to this dealership to buy a SLT they had it listed for $69,000 after speaking to Michael Mack he said that they're charging $5,000 over right now because they can. I have asked him that I have a 2021 Chevy Tahoe he asked me what I wanted for it so I told him according to KBB this is the value. His response to me was why would we pay you that when we can get it from the factory cheaper. So this is the kind of dealership this is they want to charge you extra for the vehicles they have unlocked but they don't want to pay you the market value for yours. Paul Longoria you should be ashamed for running a business like this this is more of a con than business. And having people like him it's shameful. I will not recommend anyone doing business with the dealership unless you do not mind being screwed because this dealership is prime example of doing just that. So If anyone want to see what Michael Mac has wrote me back regarding the prices feel free to reach out to me and I will be more than happy to share those with you so you can see yourself. I have absolutely no interest from this dealership anyone reaching out to me to find out what's going on because I have pretty much explained what's going on for everyone to read.
