I've never owned a subaru and knew next to nothing about subarus when I walked in the door of Reedman Toll Subaru Exton. Matt was very patient and took the time to explain the brand and determine what I was looking for before reccomending a vehicle. His depth of brand knowledge was quite impressive and matched only by his enthusiam and genuine belief in everything Subaru stands for. The entire process was so smooth and pleasant, that I look forward to returning for service. Don't hesitate to go and see these good people when its time for a new subaru.

I got my first subaru through this dealership and decided to use them again for my second. They were great. Very friendly, very efficient and I left feeling good about the car I purchased. My dealer Seth was personable and a great help. I would recommend this dealership to anyone interested in a subaru.

Friendly and relaxed experience…especially dealing with the reality of the car market at the present time. I really appreciated my salesperson (Matt T)…very communicative and probably had the best knowledge of his product line over any other salesperson in my 30+ years of buying cars.

This place is shady AF, talk to them about buying a car came to a agreed price even offered to pay for the car in full upfront and they don’t want to deal with me be in from out of state and they “might get burned” how are you going to get burned if I have payed for the car in full. So dumb. Greedy xxxxs is what it is the sales manager agreed to a slightly lower price then what the gm wants and now they don’t wanna sell it to me. Just wanted to let you know the kinds of people you are dealing with, they will say one thing and do another. Not the kind of people I wanna give my money to.

Walked in, walked out, and won’t be back
Walked in and walked out... My Crosstrek’s radio and eyesight has been flickering on-and-off. I brought it in and the service rep instructed, since you are over 600 miles of the 36000, if we find any wrong with it, you will have to pay an hour diagnostic fee. I responded... but I have Subaru’s “Gold Plus” warranty. And are you going to split hairs about 600 miles during this period of time? He responds... that’s a 3rd-Party warranty and I it doesn’t cover everything (mind you, I bought the car and warranty at that dealership). Walked right out... never we be back. I’ll be going to Concordville Subaru.
Not sure they know what they are doing
Took car in because of a clunking noise at low speed and tight turn (parking). Diagnosed as needing two new axles. $1500 later , car still clunks. Also they replaced my power steering pump because off a fluid leak...yep, still leaked. Then they replaced some seals at a lower point in system which fixed the problem. Another $500 of unnecessary repair. Not sure their training or integrity are adequate.
