Extremely disappointed and annoyed. I had a recall on my vehicle (for the driver airbag which is a MAJOR hazard). I called 2 weeks ago and left a message which went completely unanswered. I then called back early last week and someone told me she would call me back to confirm they had the parts. And guess what? No call back. I had to call a third time to get it scheduled. Once I finally was able to drop it off, they informed me that there was a second recall on my vehicle and that they went ahead and took care of me by taking care of it (should be done without the patronizing). I had detailed the inside of my car 3 days ago and picked it up today with dirt on my front drivers seat and the passenger side floor covered in leaves and twigs. My steering wheel, mirror and seat were all moved and completely different from when I dropped it off. I am extremely disappointed with the service and quality of service that I received here. Will be making the further trek to Glenview or to Casey Automotive for anything else I need to have done.

Low class
They almost had me spend 26K on a VW with rust on it after trying to hide it and tell me that it was some type of dust filament... Manager was a complete jerk. Low class scammers. Typical used car salesmen.

Jack my salesman was very helpful and closed deal.
Jack was my salesmen and was able to get me the exact car I wanted in the right color. He spent extra time showing me how to use all the features in the car. Car was ready to go.

Lack of customer service at Napleton's VW
My sportwagen was in the shop 3 times, total of 1 month .They were unable to fix the car. After replacing timing belt tensioner, noise is still present. After that, service manager, Paul,stated that VW doesn't let them proceed with further investigation, as VW rap said that noise is normal. The car is under warranty. I called VW customer service, they said VW relies on their dealerships diagnostic/opinion. I came back to Paul with that information and supposedly he re-opened the case with VW. I was waiting another week and after I caled several times , Paul got back to me saying there is nothing they can do, if noise gets worse just bring car back to them as car has extended powertrain warranty. I came to pick up the car, and ask for documentation about my case, the only documents they gave me were shop repair tickets, statements. There is no proof of contacting VW mechanic rap. I picked up my car and after a mile noticed that my steering wheel is all scuffed up around along with a deep very long gauge on leather on the right side of the steering wheel and long scratch on the left. Return back to the dealership, asked for Paul, he said they didn't do anything with the steering wheel. Even after I reminded him that car was in their shop for a month and possibly damaged to the steering wheel has occurred during the time his staff was moving car around and taking it for a test drive, he refused to fix it/ replace it. Couldn't believe his reaction; "there is nothing we can do about it". As I know in which shape the steering wheel was before I left the car at the dealership, decided to look for general manager. I found Paul in Managers office where he was telling his manager the story about my complain. Paul didn't expect me back, but I introduced myself to the manager who represented himself as son of the owner - Mr. Napleton,I guess. I explained him my situation and expressed dissatisfaction ,than asked for help with the steering wheel situation. His response was that he can't do anything about it, he can't get a new steering wheel for car that has 50k, stated it is normal wear and tear and became so arrogant with zero respect to me as their customer....what a shame and lack of effort to help customer. They didn't offer even a discount or something else for the future,as an apology. Simply the worst customer service ever. To all: please avoid this place, especially if you have any major or strange issue with your car. I don't know about their sales team but I would definitely recommend to stay away from this place, as customer service is extremely horrible when it comes to an issue with your car.

Swing and Miss
After seeing a 2017 VW GTI for sale for over a week I had a salesman contact me when I inqired earlier in the week and meeting was scheduled. I drove OVER an hour from Milwaukee to come look at the car because it had the color and options I wanted even if it was slightly higher in price and the Illinois sales tax was more. Once I arrived at the dealership the car was nowhere near as advertised being ready for sale even with the CPO decal on the windshield and being available on all the major apps and kelly blue book with an advertised price. 4 Bald tires /worn brakes and small body damage near the gas cap door absolutely none of this was explained to me or addressed in previous conversation . On top of this I was told not only was the car not ready it would be $1000 to $2000 MORE than advertised. Because of the issues. Bait and switch at the very minimum. Would not recommend at all.

Friendly Staff, Fair Financing, Fantastic Deals
I went to this dealership after I had been screwed with over two different deals at different stealerships. This lot is different. From my first call, I got ahold of Allen their sales manager. He got my financing set up over the phone, and landed me the most fantastic deal without me having to even argue about APR or anything. When I went to pick up the car, I arrived after hours and the salesman working with me, Brock, was friendly and cordial even though I was keeping him held up after hours. The car I bought here was a CPO and unlike other dealers, not a thing was wrong with it. I now have a fantastic car at a fantastic rate, all thanks to the people at Napleton Volkswagen Mount Prospect. Go to this dealership if you want a nice Volkswagen at a fantastic price.

Fantastic experience
Typically dislike car dealers and the whole process, but the folks here are friendly and helped with all my questions. Worked with Josh while I was here. He was very knowledgeable about Volkswagen's despite being brand new to the brand. Enjoyed the experience.
