This was by far the BEST car buying experience of my life! We had not specifically planned on buying a new car on that particular day but as fate would have it, we did! Carla Terrero was our Sales Associate whom asked if we needed help while we were browsing on the lot. She was professional, courteous, patient, knowledgeable, kind, friendly and very helpful in finding the best car with the features & benefits that we were looking for! She was simply amazing!! I would like to add that this is our first Acura after owning 8 brand new Subarus over the years!!! The RDX is a dream to drive and I’m loving it! Tom Casey assisted in the sale and Michael Sabulski, as well as Carla, assisted with answering all questions about the car. It was a fabulous experience. The ease of completing the sale was wonderful with the Finance gentleman. This will be our go to dealership from here on out! Thank You MotorWorld Acura!!

i went to acura for check a cars . inmediatly somebody came to me and introduce with George Thomas . he was a great person he did a exclent presentation and decide buy a new Acura RDX . Thanks George you were polite and the desicion for buy a new car with you was easy since that day he was George call me several times asking if evrethig is fine and help with some questions. i appreciate your time your efforts

My 2022 ILX broke down in Pa.

My 2022 ILX broke down in Pa. I live in NJ and bought my car in Nj. My car was under warranty and my dealer has verified this. The Scranton replaced my broken battery and charged me $173 to replace a fuse. What kind of warranty is this when I break down in another state and they scam me? Everyone says they can’t help it! What kind of Customer service is this? My first and last time at Acura. Everyone washing their hands of me?

Why was I charged $160 to replace a $3 fuse ?

Terrible Sales Experience - Waited Close to 2 Hour

I waited close to two hours to speak with an Acura sales person. The Acura sales manager did approach me after almost 2 hours to let me know the sales person was still busy. I told him I was leaving and walked out. In my opinion, this was terrible, terrible service. No one reached out to make it right either or offer an apology.

Tom the manager. Dustin the salesman and Justin in a finance. 10/10 experience and we didn’t even buy an Acura! Tried going to Honda next door and had no luck with their management. D***head to be honest, tried to bend us over on a lease turn in which was our 3rd Honda through that dealer. The staff at Acura went above and beyond, they were polite, personable, laid back and not pressuring. I think it speaks for itself when the staff from a different brand out performs said brand on their own product and customer service skills. Seems like Honda Motorworld Wilkes Barre needs some new leadership! With that being said, go see the guys at Acura, they can sell any brand on the lot!

Husband and I have gone back to Dustin twice now.

Husband and I have gone back to Dustin twice now. Have gotten 3 Acuras from him at Motorworld and always contact him when we are interested in looking at another. Always makes it work for us, and stays in contact before and after purchase. Explains everything to you so you leave knowing everything about the car you purchase. Very friendly and down to earth!

Great Place and Staff

This was my first time at motor world and was definitely impressed with the campus and the staff. Jaheim Damon and Tom Casey were very informative and professional throughout the entire process. They both were extremely helpful providing the information to understand all our options.
