With teamwork of salesman Ernie Urganus and Sales Manager Dan Coslett deal was unbelievably awesome I couldn’t ask for anything better. They would have my recommendation anytime. Thanks to them I came home a very happy man

I've dealt with Mike Gyory with Service on my 2020

I've dealt with Mike Gyory with Service on my 2020 Hyundai Palisade I recently traded in at another dealership. During the time I had it serviced there, with record keeping with the Platinum Service Contract I was sold, if it weren't for a direct line into Mike I don't know where I'd turn to. Nobody at Motorworld but Mike was willing to help sort out this service contract. I can't thank Mike enough for his patience with me, professional attitude to put the customer first, I consider him a person that will go above and beyond to help. Now for the Motorworld in general, I will never buy another vehicle there because once you buy it, your forgotten. Thankfully Mike didn't forget me and tried his best to make things right.

After dealing with the arrogance of the service manager, I will never buy another car from them ever again!! Car was never fixed! Came in with problems. Left with the same problems, I could write more. But I would run out of virtual ink!

While we understand your frustrations, you were informed during your last service appointment about the loaner policy, and your loaner car was not returned when it should have been therefore, you are no longer eligible for a loaner car. These policies are put in place by the manufacturer and need to be followed in order to be eligible for a loaner vehicle. I would like to thank Mike Gyory the Service Manager for his excellent service. I had an issue with my brand new 2022 Hyundai Palisade from the factory and he took the time to explain to me how he would resolve it. He could tell I was very nervous, impatient, and anxious. So he called every day and provided me with updates. This was my first time purchasing and servicing at Motorworld Hyundai. Lucas from the sales department made the process smooth.

Had an issue with some lights on my dash didn't have an appointment for a check engine light for almost a month and when they say they can send it to an advisor and they will call you back I was ignored..... Twice pushing out available appointments even further. Poor customer service. after using motor world service I will not go back.

Service has been unable to provide a fix after visiting 5+ times. All solutions have been inaccurate. They did not call me and let me know a part was delivered so that I can schedule service.

Pleasant and always helpful. Knowledgeable with high initiative to correct problems. Makes customer satisfaction a priority. Initially bought my 2017 Tucson for safety reasons but found the service department an added benefit.

Hyundai The Best

Have dealt with Dan and Bill for years and they are the best. Always there to help in any way- honest and caring people. And I totally love my Hyundai Elantra GT! Best car ever.
