2022 Chevrolet Silverado RST

I've left a review on Google and fb also. These guys are probably thinking ok that's enough lol but can't say enough good about Camden Chevrolet. We drove 2 hrs to attempt to buy from them. They have best prices, treated us fair with our trade in, and best of all no bs pushy crap alot of places do. We came in to look at 2 trucks Marty showed them to us and left us alone to decide which we wanted. While we were deciding they had an offer ready for my trade in which was more than fair. We went in to do get the credit ran and finance options together. There finance team were on it. We agreed to a selected finance term and boom in bout a hour the whole process was done. There prices beat everyone in west TN far as Silverados go, they were fair, and efficient. They got my business from here on out. Absolutely will not consider anyone else.


Best car-buying experience I have ever had!

Ordered a new car. I don't think I could have had a better experience. Follow up is great. The sales person and the general manager were very kind.


Nice vehicle, poor communication

Initially we were pleased with the service during the purchase. We arrived on the weekend and was told we would receive title paperwork via FedEx the following Tuesday. Communication after that was terrible. We were told several times it had been sent and we should receive it the following day, which did not happen. They did not follow through with what they said they would do. A week later I was called by the title clerk who said she was preparing to send the title but had to send it to the License office and would not send the title to me as I had been told they would do. In the end they did overnight it to our local license office. I contacted them and they said the title clerk had been pretty rude with them but they did hold the FedEx package for me once it arrived.


Excellent Car Purchase Experience

Jessie and everyone at Camden Chevrolet was extremely helpful friendly and knowable. Even though it is not located near me I would definitely buy from them again.


Great dealership to work with!

I had a great experience working with the team at Camden Chevrolet (and interacted with Dylan Dooley, Daniel, Josh, and Laura). I found the car I knew was a good fit for my family and worked with multiple people at the dealership to make the deal. I received a great trade in price for my used car and felt the price of the vehicle I was purchasing was more than fair. It was a seamless and easy purchase, and I am so happy with my car. Definitely will be back and definitely would recommend!

Overall Great Experience

I approached Camden Chevrolet Buick requesting to do as much as possible remotely and with minimal human interaction. I didn't care to test drive the vehicle despite being offered to do so. They went out of their way to accommodate my strange requests and made me feel plenty comfortable. I was able to do the majority of the transaction over the phone and email which made the process very compatible with my current lifestyle. Of-course the car I received, being the cheapest car in their inventory (what I wanted), is more than meeting expectations for me. My expectations were low just by the negative connotation that comes along with the phrase "cheapest vehicle", but I use those words as a statistical fact rather than a representation of the quality of the vehicle. I'm sure I was a weird experience for them but they were great. The only negative I could possibly give would be the fact that I did actually have to go in. Its a shame something like DocuSign isn't utilized, BUT, DocuSign may not fit in with the processes they use so I cant count that toward the stars.

They were outstanding. They went out of their way to help. I live too far away, and could not get to the dealership. One of their salesmen brought it to my home. How great is that? I highly recommend them.
