There is so much I want to say. They didn't make me feel like they were just trying to make a sale, they listened. My husband went from being strong and my partner to having a triple bypass then 1 month later, being told he needs a liver transplant. Getting in and out of his Ram truck or our suburban has been very difficult. Then, found the Honda Odyssey Elite van. It had ALL the bells and whistles. I knew this would be so good for him. He would have some independence. Jason and the staff went out of their way to make this happen. To take some pressure off of me. But their kindness didn't stop there. When I pulled up, I had my granddaughter and my sister with me. You see my sister is blind and she lives with us also. They heard how rough my suburban was sounding and asked if they could look at it for me. The concern on the mechanics face said alot. It meant the world to me that they cared. You see, we had a mechanic that basically took us for over $1500. My husband, was so sick and said that he does all the works on our cars, but now he cannot. He shook my husbands hand and told him, don't you worry, I will make sure you can get to your appointments in Charleston. Don't worry. So my husband and I trusted and basically had our money taken and left with a vehicle that was just as bad as when we took it in. Another $800. Their mechanic heard our situation and money lost and not alot of money left to fix all the problems as well as the added ones from the so-called mechanic. I have to emotionality and financially care for my sister and deal with the ups and downs of my husbands health with needing a liver transplant. B&L totally to the fear and weight off of me with the purchase of the van and the repair of my suburban. I highly recommend them. It's like they said, they have there reputation they must keep intact but they also know they cannot please everybody. We as consumers must take the initiative and ask all the questions, but also realize, these are used cars. Like everything in life, it is a chance you have to take and pray it's the right one. But I also know, they will go out of their way to make you feel great about your used car, and they are willing to take on any problem that should arise after purchase. So thank you Jason, in sales and Trent in service dept and all those in-between. THANK YOU from the bottom of my heart

I bought a 2016 chevy malibu from them 3 months ago that cost me 500 mht this car and the car lot is absolute trash this car has been nothing but a nightmare from the first day with so many problems with the car I've since lost my job they don't care about anybody they keep saying it's an outside warranty but I the customer has to pay for any diagnostic to service the car if it starts up in order for me to get it there the car has been broke down so much no ac on and off feature not working today I've been broke down since 7am and nobody cares over at b and l the city of west columbia just need to shut this place down for the good of the public

The worsy
I called to check on the price of a vehicle, price was not listed. The woman that answered the phone was very rude and treated me like trash. Before I could even finish asking my questions she hung up on me. When I tried to call back she would answer the hang right back up. This is the worst customer service I have ever had. I am so glad that I don't run my own business like this.
