The dealership gave me an appointment at 10am. When arrived at the mocation 9:55), the dealership was closed and will not open until 11am and the car was already sold. So they drove all the way for nothing.

The paperwork took the amount of time it takes when buying a car..in the extra time it took Shaun got me a super duper low rate...boom bang!! Would definitely recommend..we called 1st about availability for a specific ride we saw online but you could also just stop in as well. Great, no-nonsense, hassle free and informative experience.
