I went into USA auto sales because i saw a nice looking 2017 F-150 super crew 2.7 eco boost TT. Shabbir and Zubair couldn't be nicer guys. They treated me right, and even though we couldnt make a deal that day, they didnt try to be sleezy salesmen and get the sale no matter what, instead, they just gave me business cards and thanked me for coming in and i left. The next day i went and got a loan from my bank and came back, they were happy to see me and i told them i wanted to buy the F150. Deal was done in a matter of 30 mins and i walked out a happy man paying 3k under book value and got myself a beautiful truck. I absolutely would do business with these guys again and i highly recommend them. I love my truck, thanks guys! Ill be back for sure!

My wife, son and I were overwhelmed with the leadership, and constant willingness to help us in finding the right car. No pressure at all just the desire to answer questions. They went out of their way and I will be back to purchase another car & referral my family and friends also!

Luckily I didn’t read the negative reviews that were written about this place before going because I received amazing service and they bent over backwards to help with the sale. I received great service from Shabbir who sold me my car and from Hamza who completed the loan. They made the sale very easy and the only hold up was with the bank until the loan was approved. Great place to buy a car and I found them to be honest and trustworthy. I drove my car 90 minutes home and haven’t had any issues so far! Thank you to all!!

I would highly recommend NOT purchasing a vehicle from this dealership. My wife and I visited Hamza’s USA Auto Sales recently after driving 6 hours to look at a vehicle. After test driving we sat down to discuss pricing with the sales representative. They were unwilling to consider any other offer or even discussing a slightly lower price indicating the, “no the price firm” in a very kurt and dismissive manner. We decided that the price was not worth it and their mannerisms were off putting. As we were walking out we tossed the car facts sheets on the chair and got in our vehicle. The owner, Hamza Proceeds to chase me out of the dealership and approaches my window telling me that he owns the vehicle that we test drove. He then throws the car facts papers all over the ground telling me that I was rude to the sales person (which I never was or did - the sales person continuously cut me off and spoke over me). He calls me a jerk and walks off. If you wish to be treated in this fashion, pay them a visit. I for one would NEVER purchase a vehicle from this type of individual and hope that no one else would as well.

This was an awful experience. I think the worst part about it was that we THOUGHT it was amazing! We were looking for a car for our 17-year-old daughter. We found one online at this location and drove over from Canton to check it out. From the outside, it looked great. There were no high-pressure sales and everyone was nice. We asked to take it for a test drive, which they were fine with, but the car was LITERALLY on fumes so we didn't make it a block. That should've told me something. They did NOT want us to see how this car drove. My husband said he didn't feel anything but couldn't tell. The head salesman told us that another family had called about the car and that we had gotten there right on time. He told us what a great car it was and that he drive it home one night so that he knew what a great car it was and would be for MY KID!!! He then bonded with her over music. She is a drummer and they talked for a while because he is also a musician and his wife is a singer. He gave her lifetime oil changes, but I think he does that for everyone. My daughter was so happy with her car. Then we got it home and the emissions light went on. They had us bring it back right away because you can't transfer the title without an emissions test. Immediately after that, there was this odd bang. Then a few days later the AWD light came on the dash. Our mechanic has been really busy and my daughter just graduated from high school, so we were just able to get it in. We expected an expense, but nothing like what he said just now. The car is NOT SAFE to drive. We need to get rid of it. He stated that our daughter should not be in this car and never should've been driving it. He said there is no way the seller would not know this. We are not out of a car and thousands of dollars. What a slimy, underhanded, nasty place!!! Who would sell a DANGEROUS car to a child???!! I hope karma bites you!!!!

I bought a 2005 Mazda Tribute here in January and I am very pleased with it. Hamza was very friendly and helpful. I would recommend them !

I bought a 1998 Ford F150 Pickup Truck "as is" from USA Auto Sales. However, within 30 minutes of leaving their establishment, the "check engine" light came on. My mechanic (K&M Foreign & Domestic Auto Repair) found a vacuum leak at the back of the intake and repaired the MAF sensor. With such a vacuum leak, the "check engine" light will stay on until the leak is repaired OR unless the light is turned off (via computer). I believe USA Auto knowingly turned off the sensor light to hide the leak.
