Right Price Auto Sales

I brought 3 vehicles from these guys,(1st one was great)"Last two are straight garbage,"RIPPED ME OFF,PERIOD!That young punk(DYLAN)has the nerve to hang up on me"when not told what he wants to hear"He asks me how one truck is running & not the other b/c he knows the other isn't running as it should!"When you bring it up,he hangs up on you!!!...."Stay away from these crooks & Liars!!!"

I walked in to the dealership this morning to possibly purchase a Ford F150 that was advertised on offerup. He was kind of crappie with his salesmanship. Did not want to come out and show us any vehicles. In fact the vehicle I went to buy had to key in it. The battery was dead. We explain that situation to him. He turned around and said he can get a battery. He'll put a battery in it so we could try it. So we asked him to get the battery. We went out to the truck. He never came out there. My husband went back over there to ask if he can put the battery in it. And he says oh, we can't do it till Monday. So I said oh I guess he just lost the sale. So he shook his head. Smiled got in a car from the lot, as he was driving, i rubbed my arm (wondering if its a color thing because I happened to be black and the way his attitude changed the longer we were there) he a gave me a thumbs up. His name is Tim. I would not purchase a vehicle from that dealership seriously. Sad sad customer service, poor sale service the whole bit and I don't even know if he's the owner. If he is, he needs to be put out of business.

Was looking for a particular jeep Wrangler (93-95) , everyone in Gainesville wanted over 10k for a 95 jeep ( mileage on them were over 250,00). Was getting ready to settle on a different truck when an ad showed up on Facebook for a 95 jeep Wrangler YJ with 126,000 miles( at first I thought it was a scam) but once I found out where they were located, I went to there lot ,looked at jeep and gave a small down payment as I had to get to an appointment, told them I would be back the next day, they had the paperwork ready when I got back the next day, guys were all very friendly, the process was easy, and they didn't make you feel like a customer or a number,they actually make you feel like friends/ family. If I could give 10 stars I would, highly recommend them to friends, family etc!! Best place to go for a vehicle ,RV etc . If I need another vehicle I will be a return customer for years to come!!!

If i could pick no stars i would . Went up there to look at a vehicle shouldnt have even stopped considering how run down and trashy it looked took 30 mins for someone to even come out and talk to us first thing he asks is “how much money down “ & of course i say none cause obviously thats all he cared about and he tells us better stop looking then , Not to mention all the vehicles had key marks where they have been keyed and the durango we looked at had roaches when we opened the door . Absolutely Terriable customer service regardless the situation. Will not be back & DO NOT recommend this mans place.

I wish I could give them 0 stars! We bought a 2008 F250 from this joke of a dealership and it broke down the next day after driving it for an hour. The owner, Matt, was nice at first said he would get it taken care of and had it towed to an auto shop. 5 weeks and $1500 (that we had to pay) later, we finally get the truck back and it breaks down again 5 minutes down the road. xxxxxxxx said to take it back to shop, just for the mechanic to say he won't touch it again. We begged them to just take the truck back and let us out of the contract but they would rather do people wrong and ruin the tiny bit of reputation they had. This is last place anyone should be buying a vehicle! BUYERS BEWARE!
