HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH THIS DEALERSHIP! REACHED OUT...

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH THIS DEALERSHIP! REACHED OUT VIA INTERNET REGARDING A Acura TLX, THAT HAD BEEN POSTED ON THEIR WEBSITE NOW FOR A COUPLE MONTH. ENDED UP CALLING IN AND SPEAKING WITH A FINANCE MANAGER, TOLD HIM MY CREDIT SITUATION, AND HE STATED THAT IT SHOULDNT BE AN ISSUE! SUBMITTED MY INFORMATION, AND ALSO PROVIDED MY PAYSTUB! THIS WAS MONDAY! DIDNT HEAR ANYTHING TILL LATE EVENING WITH A TEXT STATING(WAITING ON MY UNDERWRITER TO GET BACK WITH ME @9m AT NIGHT UNPROFESSIONAL) TUESDAY COMES, I REACH OUT AROUND NOON, STILL DIDNT HEAR ANYTHING, HE STATED HE WAS WAITING ON HIS UNDERWRITER FROM WESTLAKE FIN TO GET BACK, THEY MAY BE BEHIND, WHOLE DAY GOES BY, STILL TO THIS MORNING HAVE HERD ANYTHING! YOU THINK YOU WOULD HAVE AND VALUE CUSTOMERS TRYING TO PURCHASE VEHICLES ESPECIALLY A CAR THAT HAS BEEN ON YOUR LOT FOR A COUPLE MONTHS!!!! NO... SO I WOULDNT RECOMMEND THEM!
