My husband and I will buy every vehicle we need from Kia

My husband and I will buy every vehicle we need from Kia of Bradley from know on. We'll never go anywhere else. The buying process was easy and we weren't pressured at all, they got us the best rate with the best terms for our 18 yo son's car. Unfortunately, 2 months later it needed a whole new engine due to a manufacturing defect. They get us a rental that they psid for within 15 minutes, they had the car towed in for us, got the engine replaced in record time and it's running great. They are kind and really care about providing a great customer experience!! I really can't say enough good things about them! They are nothing like the shady typical dealerships that you're used to.

Deseved zero star.

Deseved zero star. I drove all the way from Jeffersonville IN to buy a car and when I got there they told me they couldn't find the key to the car. That was a terrible experience.

Ol bait n switch

They list bait cars for a $1000 dollars. No new car dealership will even.bother selling a $1000. They've had this car for 5 months !???? It's a scam to have you show up so they can switch you to a different car.

Great experience!

We bought a used VW there and it was a great experience. JR in sales is a solid guy. Derek, who manages the dealership, is honest and thorough. I highly recommend these folks if they have a used car that's in your wheelhouse or obviously a Kia, which I feel are great vehicles.

Crooks

Do not go there! Kevin Mike & Dominic are pure incompetent and crooks. I gave them all all infos, asked to check if deal was feasible, they say said yes and could maybe do better. I drove 2hours for them to give me an offer $15k over what was discussed totally unacceptable.

Dishonest Dealership.

Reached out for a car that was listed at $995 wanted to go look at it and buy it and was told the car was sold and not available. Looked back on site and the car was relisted for $1,995. Dishonest dealership. Shady business.

Altered pictures, unsafe service!

Saw an ad on CARS.COM, liked the vehicle. Bought even a Carfax report to make sure they don't sell me a lemon. Drove hours to their place. Turned out photos on CARS.COM were photo-shopped or something, driver door had a huge scratch in it that was rusted out underneath the surrounding paint, so it had been there quite some time. Bought the vehicle regardless, brakes were making a bad noise. Brought vehicle to service, asked them to fix the brake issue, no matter what. Got vehicle back, stating it did not need brakes, noise was just from sitting. Drove several hours home. By then vehicle pulled to one side when applying the brakes. Took it to local dealer, they showed me on the lif, one rear brake rotor was thin as paper, and all brake pads in the rear were down to the indicators. A sketchy place I stay away from.

Phenonmenal!

Kia of Bradley has the best service department bar none. Kelly and her team are amazing! As long as they are there, I will never buy a car anywhere else.

Unsatisfied costumer stuck with a lemon 🍋

Have had several issues with this 2021 Kia Sorento XLine! Was in the shop a month after we bought this new vehicle! Had a recall on a fuel line that took two months to get the part and the dealership kept my car and then in the shop again three times within a few months for oil leaks! I think this 47000 dollar SUV is a 🍋 lemon! To many problems for a brand new vehicle!!!!
