Very friendly

Bernard Hill was excellent. This was my first time buying a car and he made me so comfortable that it felt normal! He answered all of my questions and got me exactly what I wanted, plus more. Everyone is very professional and nice. However, one of the female receptionist I came across was miserable and bitter. I walked up and she just stared at me. Didn't smile, didn't say hello, nothing. I finally had to say, "he told me to come over here." and her response was, "hmm." Also, the financial guy wasn't friendly and rushed me. This is my first time doing this; I'd like to read and at least know what I'm signing. But he was snappy and short. Other than those 2 people, my experience here was outstanding and I will definitely tell everyone I know!

Made Car Buying A Pleasant Experience

I really dread the car buying process but was pleasantly surprised with my experience with Hennessy of Southlake. Alon and Omar were very helpful. I really appreciated that they cared about me as a customer and were not pushy but understanding. I also appreciated the flexibility of customization they offered such as upgrading wheels or adding a DVD player.

Ron Geraci took all the worry out of buying a car

Ron Geraci was very kind, patient and knowledgeable, which helped to take the worry out of buying a car. It had been almost 8 years since I bought a car and was really nervous about going thru the process. Ron was very helpful during and after I bought my car. He went above and beyond my expectations.

Great experience: fast and friendly

I couldn't recommend Markus and the rest of his team at Hennessy enough. This was my first time buying from a dealership and I went in very hesitant after hearing about the tactics that dealerships use on their customers. I had nothing to fear however, since Markus was very friendly and forthcoming on any and all questions I asked of him. I used TrueCar to get a price before I ever came to the dealership and Markus honored it without question. I got there, went on a test drive, filled out some paperwork, and I was done. This experience was a far cry from the 6 hour ordeals of negotiating and doing the pretend walk out that I have heard of from my parents. Again, I would recommend this dealership and Markus wholeheartedly along with TrueCar. All 3 of these factors came together to give me a hassle-free car buying experience where I feel that all parties came out feeling positive.

Appreciate the visit

I actually enjoyed doin business with my salesman Mike Reyes. Went in thinking I was going to get taken advantage of an actually got great customer service... They also helped me get the car I came for thinking I had to switch cars they made it happen.

Outstanding Customer Service and Painless Process

I was beyond impressed with this dealership's professionalism, competitive pricing, fantastic customer service, and willingness to work with me quickly on my terms. As this was my very first all-new car, I was cautious and a little gun-shy to deal with any dealership. After working with the GM Paul Favorite initially via email, I found myself experiencing one of the easiest car purchases I could imagine. Paul provided me with exceptional assistance when I approached the sales department online with a clear view of what I wanted. After answering my many questions, he was able to assist me from quote to final sale in less than a week. When arriving at the dealership itself for the actual purchase, I worked with Gerren Terrell (Internet Sales Manager). Gerren was truly outstanding in his ability to make sure any last minute questions I might have had were answered, as well as keeping the entire process quick and completely stress-free for me as a fist time dealer buyer. The employees at Hennessy are courteous, patient, and truly wonderful at providing exceptional customer service. I would recommend this dealership in a heartbeat to anyone looking for a team that will provide you with honest, transparent sales. Thank you again!

Easy Purchase

Had to purchase a new vehicle due to an accident. Purchase was very pleasant and not stressful. I decided to get features on my new car that I didn't think I'd like but turned out to be very useful.

Very professional and courteous. An absolute great experien

This is a great dealership. My salesman Bernard Hill is the best. Every one was friendly and courteous. This was the best car buying experience I have ever had.

programed gmc pick up truck 2015

was rushed on delivery no info some issues. i understand time is of important no info whether i have serius radio & how to obtain. would like to know how much would cost to get doors programed to a remote key rather than use key to enter. overall good relations with Chris and dealership. just dont hurry people away on delivery.....
