Great Purchase

Justin was great! He is a very knowledge person. He made us feel so welcome ,by the time we were finish with all the paper work I felt like I had knew him all my life.

purchasing a used buick lacross

I went to Hennessey Buick to buy a used Buick La cross. I came home in a 2013 La cross. Omar Cash was my salesman, and he was great! He was very patient and considerate of what I wanted price wise, it was like having a friend there. I didn't feel he was pushy or trying to get me into a deal whatever the costs. Omar also took time to show me how to work every single button in my Buick. If ever in the market for a used or new car again. I will definitely come back here. I would recommend this dealership to all my friends. Thanks guys.

Excellent Service, Prompt, and Worked Around my Budget!

I am thoroughly impressed by the work that Hennessy did to ensure that I had a vehicle .I live in Tallahassee, Florida and they even delivered the car right to my work, signed the papers right there and I was good to go. I have never been more comfortable or satisfied as I have been with this dealership. They worked day and night to make sure that my high demands were met and that I was completely satisfied. I am impressed and will never shop anywhere else, again!

Great!

Gerren was extremely knowledgeable and enthusiastic about the Mazda line. Professional service and atmosphere...very friendly. I would recommend Gerren to anyone that I know who is in the market to purchase a new vehicle.

Quick and painless

Researched the car I wanted online, went to Truecar, got a price offer (Hennessy of Southlake was the lowest cost), called Mark to confirm price, tax, tag to establish the drive out total cost and avoid any 'misunderstandings'. When I got to the dealership Mark was courteous and efficient. He even identified a different color model which I preferred and imediately told me it would cost $100 LESS than the one already selected (because of a different paint color). This struck me as very honest. Mark organised the paperwork, we paid by check and drove off. Still took about an hour, but I was completely satisfied with the ease of the process, the honest communication, and the best price. NIce Job!!
