Markus made it easy

Markus really helped me with my new car. This was the first ever car purchase for me. He followed up and always was available when i called. Both my friends and I brought a car and I think we brought it the same day because Markus was helpful and convincing. I am really happy with my Mazda.

Starting the new off right with a Mazda CX-5 2015 !!

I am a Mazda girl....this is my third Mazda from Hennesy Southlake. This is my second purchase from Ron Geraci, I can't say enough good things about his promptness, professionalism and customer service.....top notch. Ron, you are the best!! Thanks for taking good care of me and see you next time I need a Mazda!!

In my greatest time of need

My Mazda Tribute purchased in PA had severe transmission problems. I am unhappy with that experience after having it fixed and then 60,000 miles it goes out again. But God gets the glory and Hennessy was there to help with my blessing. Thanks! !

Great Customer Service and Care - 5-STAR Excellent

I dealt with Markus Bryant. His professionalism and sales skills were awesome. He was very responsive, courtesy and made the experience very pleasant. Most importantly he was honest and did everything as promised, from finding us the vehicle to honoring his pricing to the penny. Even though we had to drive a little farther it was well worth the trip. The priice point was very good/fair and beat all the other dealers in around. I would recommend Hennessy of Southlake to anyone looking for a car, SUV, or truck. There are very few dealerships around anymore that are professional and that take the hassle out of buying a car. Markus thank you for being a true professional.

Wow!!! Genuine care for the customer!

Smooth sailing from hello to goodbye. Omar Cash made a 70 mile trip worth every mile. He truly went to bat for us and without him we would not have made the deal. I didn't know there were salesmen like him around anymore. Great price. Great service. Fantastic experience all around. Ask for Omar by name. Accept no substitutes!!!!

Well worth the drive!

I had intended to visit a different dealership that was closer to my home but Ron Geraci convinced me it was worth it to go to Hennessy of Southlake. I was pleasantly surprised. I got the price I wanted on the vehicle - a truely great deal! However, this was not what blew me away. I had gotten a 15% interest rate on a loan from Capital One and was satisfied with this. Ron convinced me to apply for financing through them as he suspected it would be lower. It was! I got a 12% interest rate through GM finance and was very satisfied. Rene, who did my financing, mentioned he normally would have gotten me a better deal but it was so late at night most of the banks were closed. The next morning, he found a 5% interest rate and tried to call me to come back. I didn't respond and he persisted for the next few days to try to reach me until he was succesful. This was totally above and beyond the call of duty. I was perfectly happy with my 12% interest rate - he did not need to try to save me money AFTER the sale. I returned and resigned the paperwork, saving over $5,000 in financing charges. I feel like I should send Rene flowers. HIGHLY recommend them!!!

Good dealer

Great Peaple to do business with, wend looking for a vehicle. I got to the dealer and was welcome by Traina help me look for the truck I wanted to purchase. This was a easy and fast transaction I have ever done.

I just gotta say, this was a great buying experience. Gerren was very helpful, polite, and professional. He was also friendly and easy going, which made us feel comfortable! We appreciate all he and the other team members did for us.

This is my second time purchasing a car from Mr Ron Geraci. I would not think of purchasing a car from anyone but Mr Geraci. He was very courteous, friendly and trustworthy. The best thing is that I felt like he was honest and treated me as if I was his mother(smile). He answered all of my many questions.
