I have been waiting on a title of over a month now. I currently can not drive my new vehicle because the temp plate is expired. I cant get the vehicle... resistor because no title. I have tired calling two times a week for the past three weeks, still not help. Also the mechanics hid a whole in the truck bed with aluminum foil and a bedliner. Shade xxx PLACE. DONT BUY OR SHOP FROM HERE
Bought a car from Isaiah and it was a great experience. He wasn't pushy and answered many of our questions over the phone. It was at the start of the... covid quarantine and he brought the car to our house and went over everything with my husband. The only problem we had was with the financing and that was not his department. We took advantage of the no pay for first 90 days and it was processed incorrectly. As soon as I called they redid the paperwork and it got corrected. Very nice young man.
I want to give them a good score but I can't. I worked with Chris and he was very nice they were very helpful finding me a van. My issue is with the buying... proccess I had an appointment so I asked if I could do the finance application at home he said he was going to text me the application and he never did I ended up finding it online so that was fine. When we talked at the dealership he said if I completed it that day I could be finished by the end of the day. I filled it out and never got a call or email I knew they closed at 7p so I called them I was told they were still looking at it. The next day after no call I called them. Chris was not working that day so I talked to someone else. I was told I wasn't approved they asked if I wanted to put down more money possibly I said yes and they said they would put it in and then call me back. In that time Chris called me and told me he was off and that when he was back to work the next day he would look at more options for me. It is now that next day at 6:17pm and I haven't heard anything. I just feel like they don't put in effort if you're not directly in front of them. I wanted to buy from them but they didn't work with me. I gave their customer service a 2/5 because despite being nice they didnt put any effort into me.
Do you ever wish you could give a dealership a negative 5 star review? This would be a good place to give one. Dealerships like these are where the term... "used car" dealership were born. I thought these types of places were run out of town years ago but apparently there's still this one left. Please, please, and please read reviews and walk away from this place. There is a reason they have a 1 star rating on multiple sites. Would you visit a 1 start hotel? A one star restaurant? I didn't do adequate homework and it cost me. I highly recommend looking elsewhere for your next vehicle.
Was a bad experience from the beginning. I will keep it short and say just WAlK AWAY. I had issues right away with the deceitful Sale price. Should... have walked away from the beginning. I've had service issues with the vehicle since day one and can't get anyone to even respond to me. There is an easy fix but can't get anyone to even reach out to me. Bad reviews don't lie do your homework. There are to many 5 star dealerships around to even entertain these folks.

$699 "documentation" fee (BS fee) that they would not budge from. This on top of a car that my mechanic said had things that needed to be replaced. Don't... waste your time here!

These people are very unprofessional. They are still holding my title after 2 month and harassing me, saying that I owe them $500 and that they are coming... to repossess the car, as if I have any loans with them. My auto loan with Associated Credit union, therefore, any payments from me should be and will be though them. They messed up, their paper work, they should fix their discrepancies without harassing me.
Went here after telling them I was coming, after speaking to a salesman who had never heard of the car. After having about 20 minutes of my time wasted... they tell me the car hadnt been inspected yet and couldnt be viewed at that time. They have no clue whats going on. One car in the show room was sitting on 13 year old tires. Absolute death trap.
