got there test drove the car then was told oh someone
got there test drove the car then was told oh someone else is coming in to look at the car too do you want to run your credit now to see if you can beat them? yes of course lets do it. runs my credit, then tells me oh the buyer is actually already here in financing and got the car already sorry but since we already ran your credit do you want a different car instead? super poor communication and sales

Misleading and Diseptic Sales practices
I was brought in to the dealer with a misleading and deceptive online add that claimed to have a Great truck for a great deal. I had been in contact with the dealer for about a week regarding the truck and I was told that there where 7 other people in a waiting list to see the truck and that I would be the 8th one on the list and that the first person at the dealer when it arrived would obtained it. I had shopped around and was ready to buy this truck even if it meant me waiting at the dealer for the other 7 not to show up or not qualify. I was told that the truck was going threw service and COVID disinfection and that the truck will arrive that weekend and I was there first thing that morning. I arrived ready to purchase my truck and with one excuse after another of why the truck wasn’t there and would not be there ever. I come to find out that the truck I hade been inquiring about for the last two weeks and after speaking with the sales associate regarding the truck and assuring me to come down to the dealer that the truck would finally be here, they finally disclose to me that the truck I was there to buy never exited. It’s was a complete slap in the face to me. While at the dealer they assured me that they could put me in the lates truck with the lates technology and performance. It was at this point that I was sold a new truck worth over $40,000 that I never intended to buy, but according to the dealer this is the only truck I qualify. I only purchase this truck when I was only given that as my only option. I took the truck and was never given my purchasing paper work and contract. I Had contacted the dealer regarding the paperwork and after back and forth calls asking for the paper work to my truck and receiving information such as, the paper work has been transfer to anorher facility or we have been to bussy with payroll. I finally received the paperwork after a couple of weeks and come to find out that the dealer maliciously charged me in my contract for items I was promised for free. We are talking about close to $5,000 dollars a Hefty amount of money to hide from the buyer. To me this is complete fraud. Not only that the employees, sales associates and the Dealers General Manager was the one commit the fraud, they all had promise this great add ons for no extra charge trying to make up for the misleading add and previous incident at the dealer. When I was at the dealer trying to figure all this out I was approached by a dealer employe who told me I wasn’t allowed to talk to any of the customers at the dealer and the dealer employee went as far as relocating the surrounding customers so like they said I would not interfered with they current sales. To me this is a complete violations of my freedom of speech and civil right, NO ones Civil right should ever be violated by a car dealer sales associate that feels in a high position or to intimidate others for they’re personal gain. A sales associate went ad far as coming inches from my face waving her hand in my face screaming at me In front of other clients assuring that I was the reason her deal dint go threw. I am sorry but I don’t sale cars and don’t know what the heck she was talking about me getting in her deal. When this un predictable and uncomfortable event happen they told me that I could not wait in the dealer for the general manager that I would have to wait out on the street mind that I was there at the dealer for over 5 hours trying to get help and I was discarded like if I was a animal. Like if I wasn’t human but a another Mexican they could use, abuse at their discretion and discard. At this moment they where ready to take my truck back and with out any empathy for me and in front of other customers they humiliated me demanding I give them the keys to my newly purchase truck and they would be sending me back home a over 1 hour drive in a Uber shared, I said a Uber share could you please get me a private Uber because I never Uber

Fantastic Customer Service
The Service Department was so easy to work with. My advisor was friendly, knowledgeable, and understanding. He gave me a list of repairs and the order in which I should address them. He never pressured me to buy any more service then what I came in for, he never made me feel dumb when I asked questions about my car, and he treated me with respect. Honestly this is the best service I have ever received. Thank you Glendale Nissan, this is now my go to service place.
