I made an appointment online to see a car, and because they did not see it, they did not honor it. They didn't even have the car there, they moved it to show someone else. Not happy with this dealership at all!

I reached out to the dealer about the vehicle in question
I reached out to the dealer about the vehicle in question about the vehicle still available. I did not get a return from them. I also requested a test drive-no reply. They did say they had other jeeps for lease. I want to buy

Hi Garry, Unfortunately, I don't have enough of your information to look in my system to see what might have happened here. I'd be happy to discuss this via phone, if you would like. You can reach me at 810-385-2208 Thank you for your feedback! Kelly Oscarson Assistant Sales Manager
My mother-in-law bought her Chrysler 300 from Blue Water
My mother-in-law bought her Chrysler 300 from Blue Water Chrysler in 2008. Took it there for all services and repairs and now has whining noise after they replaced all of her brakes the Nosie was still there. Given the old set only had 20K on them likely shouldn't have been replaced. BL: After returning to the dealer with the noise complaint you need a new vehicle your rear differential bearing is going bad. Can't get a straight answer other than no parts available you need a new car. How did they determine a rear differential bearing is bad (Root Cause) metal shavings in the fluid, heat signature a failing bearing will run hotter, etc. Now I'm wondering if it could be a wheel bearing. I have no confidence in their trouble shooting ability. Did they follow all of the service checks every time the oil was changed per manufacturer schedule. Is the differential fluid in Chrysler 300 lube for life? Waiting for a call back from Robert Smith in service. But have spoken to Tallman will no longer call him Mr or Sir because to get respect you need to give it, and he has run out of chances. He refused to give my mother-in-law the owners contact information saying she was rude no she just wants a straight answer which Tallman or Tallwomen can't give. I noticed Moran in the name of the dealership which reminded of my experience and time spent playing hockey with Sam Cupp a true gentleman and owner of Moran Chevrolet in Warren. I bought 2 cars from Moran Chevrolet and plan on going back even though Sam has passed. I'm hoping if the Cupp family has something to do with this dealership they read this and take a hard look at the customer service, at almost 90 my mother-in-law or mom is sharp but like all of us wants to be treated with respect and relies on their knowledge which seems to be lacking. I wouldn't dare respond to a complaint from a warfighter about a vehicle problem in the same manner Tallman has after 2k of repairs you need a new car. Root Cause for the noise? Tell everyone how you narrowed this down to a rear diff bearing? Is it a diff bearing or the pinion bearing or a wheel end? I welcome a detailed explanation for everyone to read also explain the differential services you performed over the last 16 years. You own this Tallman please explain or find another job. There are many ways to identify bearing failures or the start of a bearing failure heat being an easy button. Harbor Freight sells cheap devices to identify temp. You also could have removed the diff cover and inspected the fluid for shavings and checked for bearing wear or uneven ring and pinion gear wear. The ring and pinion gear wear pattern can tell you everything you need to know. We do it all the time on military vehicles, determine the Root Cause before proceeding to a repair. Wake up Tallman! Donald Szkubiel on behalf of Angela Boyd and her late husband Bill Boyd who insisted on dealer service! Car looks like new inside and out! With 100% dealer service you, know the dealer you claim to represent Owner(s) needs to take a hard look at the Customer Service they offer!

Good morning Donald, I have elevated your concerns to our general manager, Tom Kennedy. He can be reached at 810-385-4481. We can also try reaching out to the contact information we have on file for your mother-in-law and check with service to see if they have your contact information as well. Thank you for your time!
Dealership should only have cars for sale on their lot
Dealership should only have cars for sale on their lot with clean titles. I just put a deposit on Jeep Grand Cherokee and was told the title was in mail. They cashed my check and almost 4 weeks later and still no title. I found out after that they have been waiting for the title since February so why would they put it on the lot for sale when they couldn’t sell it? Needless to say I asked for my deposit back and walked away very disappointed ☹️.

I am giving the dealership a 3 right now but the rating
I am giving the dealership a 3 right now but the rating could go up or down depending on how everything turns out. My 2022 grand cherokee was misfiring when I accelerated at high speed on the freeway. So I got an 8am appt to bring it in & have it checked out. I told them as long as you have the car to do an oil change & lube also. Called at 4:30, was put on hold for 10 minutes, so I hung up & called again. They said oil change was done but they hadn't looked into the misfiring problem yet! Said that since they were open until 6pm, they might still get it done today and that they will give me a call. 6pm came & went with no call. I guess I will see what happens tomorrow...
