I am giving the dealership a 3 right now but the rating

I am giving the dealership a 3 right now but the rating could go up or down depending on how everything turns out. My 2022 grand cherokee was misfiring when I accelerated at high speed on the freeway. So I got an 8am appt to bring it in & have it checked out. I told them as long as you have the car to do an oil change & lube also. Called at 4:30, was put on hold for 10 minutes, so I hung up & called again. They said oil change was done but they hadn't looked into the misfiring problem yet! Said that since they were open until 6pm, they might still get it done today and that they will give me a call. 6pm came & went with no call. I guess I will see what happens tomorrow...

Received excellent service, Went in for a battery but they checked my oil as well, which was low. Very friendly staff! Wait time was short and everything was explained step by step.

Service Dept. has been great

My experience with the Service Dept. has always been a good one. I currently am leasing a Dodge Journey (effective 6/19) and it had its first oil change. Prior to that I had a 3 year lease with a Jeep Cherokee and I had all its servicing done here. The staff in the Service Dept. has been very good to deal with - very courteous, professional and efficient. The waiting room is great to relax in for the time waiting for service. I have no complaints about my service appointments.
