Do not believe their advertised prices! I agreed on a price with sales rep for a new Jeep grand Cherokee. I looked at their webpage to make sure the car had all of the features I wanted in a new car, and it had a price listed as an, “Internet special,” that was lower than the price they had given me. I took a screenshot of the ad, showing the MSRP, -$$20,000, and a new, “discount price.“ I told the salesman I would like to buy it for that price, plus tax and title. We talked this morning on the phone, and he started telling me something about a lease, and I told him that I didn’t want to lease the car, but I wanted to buy it for the price that they advertised on the Internet. His sales manager called me, and told me that that only applied to a lease. I told him I didn’t see that anywhere on the webpage, and that I thought they should honor that price. He told me they would not. I went into the dealership, met with the owner’s son-in-law, the general manager, and he told me how they worked really hard to be transparent in their pricing . I asked him how that could possibly be the case, when their price on the Internet was not a price that they would honor for a sale, but only for a lease. The sales manager scrolled way to the bottom of the page that I had pulled up on my phone, hit a button, titled “more,” and then told me in the last line of some small print that only appeared after he did that, it mentions that it has to be a lease, for that price. I talked with salesman at a couple other local Jeep dealerships, and they said they get that complaint daily from people who have tried to buy from Cronin. I have screenshots of the car, with pricing, from their webpage.

Misleading sales tactics by posting a price that is only attainable by less than 1% of the population. When you reach out nobody tells you about this until you pry or actually show up in person.

The people at Cronin are courteous and very helpful. Thank you, Ryan, for getting me in an orange Jeep Renegade! I would highly recommend this dealership.

Cronin bought out this dealership last year and have transformed it from what it used to be! They have a very friendly staff that goes out of their way to help! I would highly recommend this dealership to everyone.
