I recently purchased a 2017 Shelby Gt350 from Auto 206,

I recently purchased a 2017 Shelby Gt350 from Auto 206, INC, and my experience has been extremely disappointing due to clear misrepresentation of the vehicle's condition. Before purchasing, the dealership sent me a video stating there were no scratches, dents, dings, or curb rash on the wheels, and that the front splitter was in good condition with no scratches. Based on this, I moved forward with the purchase. However, upon receiving the vehicle, I immediately noticed: * Significant rock chips on the front bumper (which were never disclosed). * Curb rash on every wheel, despite their claims. * Deep scratches on the front splitter, contradicting what Gerald told me * Excessive oil overfill, which caused oil to sputter out of the exhaust and created heavy smoke. Followed by a rattle upon start up shortly after When I reached out about these issues, they refused to take responsibility, hiding behind the "As-Is" sale. Instead of offering a proper resolution, Gerald and his manager Darion Kalegi repeatedly attempted to have me sign a "good faith" agreement that would have prevented me from posting negative reviews or pursuing further legal action--in exchange for a cheap DIY touch-up kit to cover the rock chips. This tactic is not only unethical but also a red flag regarding their business practices. While I understand that used cars aren't perfect, sending misleading videos and failing to disclose significant cosmetic and mechanical issues, while also trying to silence honest feedback, is unacceptable. If you're considering buying from this dealership, be extremely cautious. Do NOT rely solely on their descriptions or videos--get an independent inspection before purchasing.

It is our first car in this country, we do not speak very

It is our first car in this country, we do not speak very fluent English but all the staff was very patient and resolved all our doubts, in the it out First car here, in the process there were things that we did not know but they helped us and were in contact with us at all times, we are very grateful and in the future if we buy another car we will definitely consult with them.

Worked with their general manager Thurs on purchase of a

Worked with their general manager Thurs on purchase of a c7 z06 convertible corvette. He was very helpful and gave info requested. He made an odd comment that advertised price was an error in that it is their cost and not their sell but that he would get me the best deal he could. Not sure what that means. I needed one more piece of info that he didnt have. He offered to have one of his sales staff get the info the next morning [Fri AM] and I offered to review once I received and if info OK, get back with him by Fri end of day to proceed. I get the info from the sales person today Fri AM and I replied back saying give me til the EOD so I can review and make sure OK, before proceeding. I am then advised by this sales person he needs my answer in 1 hr. this FRI AM as car going to auction to be sold. WHY on earth did the sales mgr agree with me and not tell me their sales plans the day before as I wouldnt have wasted his time or mine on a car I couldnt have bought that fast?!?!? Either this company is acting dumb or being deceptive. WHY? Needless to say can't recommend.

I recently bought a truck online from Auto 206.

I recently bought a truck online from Auto 206. They were able to get me a loan from a credit union which is better than my bank and deliver it to my home which is 80 miles away. This has been the best buying experience and I would personally recommend Auto206 for your next auto purchase.

Car shopping is my least favorite thing to do, but the staff at Auto206 did an OUTSTANDING job of convincing me it can be an enjoyable experience. From the beginning of the process to the end, each member of the staff kept me informed and were very polite and genuinely interested in providing me with great customer service. I have already referred someone to Auto206 and will continue to do so. It was my pleasure!

Great

I recently purchased a 2021 Polestar from the dealership. They were extremely professional throughout the entire experience and gave me a more than fair trade-in. I would 100% recommend these guys in the future and can all but guarantee, I will be purchasing another car from them when I’m ready to upgrade.

Good Experience

They helped me through the whole process of buying my dream car out of state! I drove over to pay and test drive the vehicle, then they arranged the shipment to California in a closed carrier! A week later paperwork arrived then I was able to register and transfer the title in my name! Thank you so much to Brandon for making me comfortable with the whole transaction
