Very friendly personnel.

Very friendly personnel. I waited for an oil change and tire rotation. Work was done promptly and efficiently. As always, I was very pleased with their service.

Jonathan Davis was very prompt on getting me the

Jonathan Davis was very prompt on getting me the information and price on the vehicles I had seen on Legacy Buick GMC of Laurel’s website. With the wide selection of colors and options Legacy had I was able to find all four vehicles at one location. Jonathon was really a big help in keeping the ball rolling and making the purchase enjoyable. Terry Rasberry, the finance man, was also very prompt on getting the financing and paperwork together. We were able to do all the paperwork over the phone and internet so when we came to pick the vehicles up all we had to do was go over the options and we were ready to go. All the trucks were cleaned and full of fuel, ready to go. John Thompson came by several times through out the buying process to visit and be sure we were having a pleasurable experience. I would recommend Legacy Buick GMC of Laurel to anyone!!

Service was great.

Service was great. Issue with rattle in truck was resolved on first visit. Very happy with the service department.
