I was looking to upgrade from a 2002 Honda CR-V to a newer vehicle. After extensive research we decided on Bernardi Honda of Brockton. Walking into the dealership I knew what I was looking for. I was greated by Sam Hasan and he was fantastic. He gave us everything straight. Eventually we drove home in a 2012 CR-V. I would highly recommend this dealer.

I bought Honda Pilot from Bernardi Honda Brockton. It was a great experience. Very relaxed atmosphere and reasonable prices. I felt very comfortable dealing with Mr. Bill Goodwin. He was prompt, to the point and very proactive. He responded to all my questions and doubts very patiently. I had a question about some connections of the trailer hitch wiring; and he was as enthusiastic as I was to crawl under the car with me and have a look at it. I rarely find sales people who are ready to go that extra mile. Bernardi showroom did not try to sell me things I did not want. they explained me the options and costs well. My finance application took some time as there were other people in queue before me but once I was in with Chris, their financing guy, it took hardly few minutes. My car was ready on time. Bill was busy at that time but he asked Rafael to help me. He too was very helpful and forthcoming answering my questions about the operations of the vehicle and all its bells and whistles. Thanks guys

It was clear that Bernardi Honda wanted my business, and that they were interested in me getting a car that I would be happy with. I never felt pressured by them, but they were available to answer my questions and help me. Shawn Henry, my salesman, was honest and straightforward. He helped me find a good car for me, worked with me to negotiate an excellent price, and then made sure that the amount I paid was exactly the price we had negotiated. Shawn had to pick-up the car I wanted at another dealership. He made the trip, and got my car ready quickly. I have never had such a good experience buying a car.

I walked in and was immediately greeted by the receptionist. I explained that I received an internet quote, and wanted to discuss purchasing a new vehicle. She paged for a sales associate. Sonny O approached and introduced himself, with a great smile. For the next 2 1/2 hours we discussed features and models, and began the negotiating. The demeanor was always professional and pleasant. I told him from the outset that his and one other dealership were close in pricing on the vehicle I wanted. I had also researched prices for my trade in. As we came to a point of little movement, and no deal reached, I told him I'd like to take his offer, and sit at the other dealership to get a comparison. He noted when prospective buyers leave, they do not return (sale lost). He finally asked for a number that would make me happy. I gave him a number I felt was reasonable. He excused himself for one more trip to talk with the sales manager, general manager, or maybe just to stretch his legs. Does anyone really know? He came back with an offer that worked. A handshake and it was a deal. I would strongly recommend considering Sonny and Bernardi Honda of Brockton for your next purchase.

This is a great dealership. I negotiated the deal online with James and met with Kevin at the dealership. He was very knowledgable about the vehicle and explained the purchasing process very well. As I was crunched for time he even offered to deliver the vehicle once the tags were completed. A++ Service. If you are in the market for a Honda go see Kevin.
