I have had occasion to be in the dealership several times

I have had occasion to be in the dealership several times and different times of the day, I have yet to find even one employee that was not friendly and very ready to please. They have done everything they said they would and with the best attitude. The service department is also very timely and willing to go the extra mile. I have been quite impressed.

False advertising.

False advertising. When I drove to the dealership over an hour away they added extra price what was advertised.DO NOT LOOK AT THE ADVERTISED PRICE AND MAKE TRIP OUT THERE.

I paid for the window tint and nitrogen and I picked up

I paid for the window tint and nitrogen and I picked up my car and I was not able to tell if the tint was done so I drove with the car to Arkansas. I called them and told them that the tint was not done and the furnace guy Mike was rude and I am not sure how he has kept his job with this poor attitude. I asked for my money back as I paid for the tint but he was not willing to refund and I also gave him the option to pay to someone in my town for the tint and he said that they would not do anything to help out and instead asked me to drive ,6 hours to get the tint done which is unrealistic! I have called the GM but he never called me back and I am in the process of filing a small claim court case and also sending a letter to the toyota corporate office and share my experience as they have people working in toyota dealers that need to be fired,!!

MiKayla, Hunter and Alan have been so helpful. And…The service team is awesome! I had been having my FJ serviced there since moving in the area 4 years ago so when I purchased a new Land Cruiser I bought from Shottenkirk Toyota because of the great service I had consistently received! The 4 years prior.

Do your homework on this dealership.

Do your homework on this dealership. Reviews are horrific after the sale. They sold me a vehicle with tinted windows but said I’d need to bring it back for tinting. When I came back they insisted I was trying to scam them for a free window tint. It was surreal that they actually thought I’d try and scam them for a free hundred dollars. Even more surprising is they told me they’d happily lose my future business rather than tint my windows. I actually do not really even care about the windows. It was the arrogant and dismissive way they talked with me and the repeated insinuation that I was trying to scam them that was unbelievable. Buyer Beware!

Mr. Reynolds, we’re sorry to hear you’re still upset regarding your purchase from 7 months ago. We understand how important it is to feel confident in what you purchased, and we’ve taken the time to thoroughly review the matter to ensure accuracy and fairness. To clarify, window tint was not included in your purchase, nor was it added as an additional item in the finance documents (proof in scanned images that we have shown you). If any product or service were to be delivered after the sale, it would have been clearly documented on a signed “We Owe” form. In your case, that form indicates that nothing was owed, and you acknowledged this with your signature at the time of purchase. Your review is misinformation, and only trying to hurt the reputation of our Dealership. Additionally, even if something had been owed, the disclaimer on the form clearly states that any owed items must be addressed within 30 days of purchase. Unfortunately, more than 7 months have passed. That said, we do appreciate your business and have made a good-faith offer to provide window tint at our employee cost in an effort to resolve this misunderstanding. If you’d like to reconsider that offer, we’d be happy to assist—just reach out to us directly.

I left my car at your dealership after purchase so you could tint the windows per the sales associate instructions. Your service department called me the next day and told me they could not get to it before the weekend and that I could come and pick up the vehicle and bring it back at a different time for the tinting. I do not care about the tinting any longer but your sales associate made a mistake when he told me tint was included. Instead of acknowledging his mistake you are continuously suggesting I’m trying to scam you out of a free window tint which is probably a few hundred dollars. I was the only one present at the sale and these are the facts. You don’t have to like them or believe them to be the facts but the facts they remain. I have no ill intent but other customers need to be warned that promises may be made that will not be kept. It is not the tinting that will keep me from being a customer but the continual suggestion that I am trying to scam you out of a free tint as a consequence of a mistake on the part of your sales associate. At best this is a communication failure. At worst this is a pattern of deception. Your 1.5 star rating on Yelp would suggest the latter.

Don’t bother making any decisions to see a vehicle at this dealership based on the price advertised. You should expect a $2700 price hike for window tint ($800) and their “VIP Confidence package” ($1,895). Also misleading because they advertise the package at $895 on their website and make you believe you’re getting a deal when they offer to reduce the price by $1,000. Toyota salesman even claimed I needed it stating, “Toyota’s just aren’t as reliable as they once were.” Great brand representation. The vehicle I was prepared to buy was a 15 year old used vehicle that had just been received and had not been fully serviced. They would not let me forego the VIP package and refused to let me buy the car without adding tint for $800 first. It hadn’t even been installed yet! Young salesman who was honestly helpful was denied a sale by the stubborn approach by a senior salesman and sales manager. Look for pre-owned anywhere else but here.
