They took great care in checking all the details to be sure everything was inspected and not just pulling a plug and refilling the oil. I feel my car was taken care of in a way that will extend the life, and give me confidence while driving, that it's safe to drive.

My salesman, Rob Beckwith did a super job, start to

My salesman, Rob Beckwith did a super job, start to finish! He helped me get the vehicle I wanted and made sure I was all connected and set up to drive the car before I left. Also, Mr Mendoza handled the financing and explained everything. Clearly, Shaheen's has a winning team in my book!

On 5-2-25 I contacted Cody Moore regarding the potential

On 5-2-25 I contacted Cody Moore regarding the potential purchase of a late model XT-5. Within 40 minutes of my contact Mr. Moore advised the vehicle we were interested in was becoming available at your dealership. He advised the vehicle would be available on Monday or Tuesday of the following week. On Tuesday we contacted your dealership and was advised Mr. Moore had the day off. I left a message and was advised the vehicle might be available on Wednesday. We were not contacted on Wednesday, called and were advised Mr. Moore was in a meeting until 2:30pm. We never received a call or any form of follow-up. Obviously we are not pleased and moved forward with another dealership. If this is how poorly you attend to perspective clients I can only imagine how bad you treat actual buyers.

Tobbie was the most knowledgeable sales person I have

Tobbie was the most knowledgeable sales person I have ever experienced. He bent over backward to make sure I got exactly what I wanted, and I felt he worked hard to find the best deal for me. Everyone at Shaheen made me feel welcome.
