Stranded in town with a faulty DEF pump. Quoted $2,000+ for the repair and told the pump alone was $1,200. The did adjust the price slightly at my request but I had no other option. Upon returning home I had my dealer provide information on parts/labor. Turns out the genuine A/C Delco part retails for less than $500 and labor should be no more than 1.5 hours. Appears to be a severe case of price gouging for a stranded motorist with no other options. After all this as I returned home I found they had failed to button everything up properly. Loose and missing bolts on my DEF tank and cabling not properly secured.

I am not sure if this is the dealer or GMC, responsible for service cost, but it is a complete rip off to charge $ 270 to replace 2 low beam bulbs, on top of that they tried to make me spend another 3000 on different services. Watch out for this dealership

Friendly service by service advisor.
Friendly service by service advisor. However, I placed my wheel lock in the center console cup holder in plain view. I told the service advisor where it was. When I got my vehicle back the wreaked havoc on my glove compartment! They made a disaster out of it leaving things thrown on the floor of my vehicle and all my belongings thrown back in the glove compartment like a dumpster. Very very disturbing and disrespectful!! They should have listened that the wheel lock was taken out in plain view. IF they had to invadey privacy they should have left things as they found them!! What a shame on the person who caused this chaos! I've never had just a great experience at this service department. I only go there because I have a warranty on my vehicle.
