Bad service

Anytime I have brought my vehicle to Octane I have issues. This most recent visit when I picked up my vehicle my leather seats, interior on doors, glove box, center console, and light colored floor mats as well as the light colored carpet were covered in black from the tech who worked on my vehicle. I have light off white leather interior. The tech didn't take any care with this with floor or seat covers to not dirty the inside of the vehicle. They also rummaged through my center console and glove box looking for the wheel lock and completely left both compartments a mess. I trusted in octane to care for my vehicle that I pay alot of money for and take very good care of. I would expect they would take care of my vehicle as well and return it in the same condition as it was dropped off in. I was pretty upset at this and embarrassed for the company to return my vehicle in such a condition. My carpet is now stained which it wasn't. Luckily I was able to clean the leather seats and interior. The techs are provided with floor and seat coverings to prevent these things from happening. I think it was pure laziness and carelessness.

I have very low millage on my vehicle, I have already had the turbo replace, the air conditioner worked on, and the cooling system is now leaking cooling fluid. The person we spoke to said that it was faulty arm of some sort, but we will still have to pay to replace it. We are extremely unhappy with this vehicle and will never purchase anything from you again!! We also have several friends and family that we will tell about this experience!!

I have debated writing this a number of times.

I have debated writing this a number of times. I don't like to speak ill of people. The truth is I have never in my life been so poorly treated by a General Manager at a dealership. Dennis Garcia has to be one of the rudest people I have ever met. I drove over 100miles to buy a car and he made me wait for 30 minutes in an empty store before I was even able to see the car. It was the exact car I had been looking for. i had searched for 6 months for this car, it was perfect all except the interior color. When I expressed this he told me I couldn't test drive the car because I might not buy it. He wasn't letting me test drive one of their cars with the chance I would go somewhere else to buy one. There was not another one of these cars within 500miles I told him. He told me he didn't care, I wasn't wasting his salesmens time. that was it he dismissed me and sent me out.

DISSATISFIED

I have contacted there service department four times in a month to get my 2020 gmc service. They have yet to contact me, but they were sure in a hurry to sell the vehicle.

Rude, not answering txt or calls.

Rude, not answering txt or calls. Credit union called and said grandson has check In hand, ,got insurance on car. Never answered txt, finally called them and they sold the car. What a worthless bunch. Advertised delivery… maybe across the street.

Don't understand

Service was okay, use Buick dealer for maintenance on my old buick. My key fob, broke and I thought the dealer could better program for me, didn't realize it would take so long to to program something so simple

Yvette and her staff were amazing.

Yvette and her staff were amazing. No BS, no markup and no hassles. This is the third GMC Sierra that I have purchased from Octane Buick GMC. I highly recommend purchasing from OCTANE Buick GMC. I will be back for sure.
