I enjoyed dealing with Blake.

I enjoyed dealing with Blake. Very personable and easy to ask questions. He was able to answer All questions and if necessary, find my answers. Blake also continued to keep me updated during the purchase process. Great Job Blake!

It was OK.

It was OK. Had the Car I wanted at a fair price. Always high pressure to buy add ons. I hate buying a new Car because it's such a hassle.

During the purchase of a used vehicle for my daughter, I

During the purchase of a used vehicle for my daughter, I was pressured into an extended warranty by the finance manager and reluctantly agreed. Fast forward 6 months and 5,900 miles driven, the engine went out on the vehicle. Upon initial inspection by the warranty company, they denied the claim for a new engine. After further discussion with the Jay Wolfe Acura and some back and forth, the warranty company agreed to replace the engine with a used one, BUT it would not cover the full cost of replacement and I would have no warranty remaining for any other parts of the vehicle. I paid $2,500 for the extended warranty that, as it turns out, is capped at $4,300. That's only $1,800 in additional coverage. This was never disclosed to me by the finance manager (as he claims) during the sale of the vehicle. BUYER BEWARE, If you decide to purchase a vehicle from Jay Wolfe Acura I highly suggest getting a full contract print out of your warranty and going through all of the exclusions and limits before you sign anything. I only received a 1 page print out that doesn't disclose anything. Jay Wolfe Acura told me there's nothing else they can do to make this right, and that the warranty did what it was supposed to, (What a Joke). Needless to say I'll never purchase another vehicle from them. I'd rather trade this piece of junk in to another dealer that will stand behind their customers, unlike Jay Wolfe Acura, who offered nothing to help make this right, no warranty upgrade, no offer to cover the difference in repair costs, no offer to trade me out of the vehicle for something else. We went there when the used car market was bare and found what we thought was a nice vehicle. The used car market is coming back around so I'd avoid this dealer at all costs, there are plenty of other reputable dealerships out there!

Great Service

Amir Moradi did a great job of helping me buy my first Acura . He answered all my questions; explained the benefits of taking the car in to the dealer for oil changes and any other services. I would recommend contacting him if you are interested in purchasing a car with Jay Wolfe !

Great Experience

They made the whole process very easy, and I did not feel pressured at all. Amir was very accommodating to scheduling test drives and made sure the whole process went smoothly. He even filled my 30 gallon tank prior to me picking up the vehicle!
