    I bought an Acura RDX from them and they told me it had no accident on carfax. Turned out that the car had 3 accidents already and the car is basically... a lemon according to the insurance company. Made a complaint with their manager and their manager admitted that the car lost more than 5000 in value after 3 accidents. However they sold it to me at the price for a car without an accident. Obviously, they got that car for a very cheap price at auction because the damage was surely obvious with a simple phone call to the insurance company or an inspection. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND YOU TO COME HERE TO BUY YOUR CAR. STAY AWAY FROM THESE SNAKES AND SAVE YOUR MONEY.

    Was told extended warranty was bumper to bumper and would cover all items mechanical and electronic other than wear and tear items like brakes, wipers,... etc. Buying an Advance MDX with a ton of electronics was pressured to buy and it made sense however now that we are seeking repairs we find out now it isn't worth crap! Very misled and unhappy will not recommend Jay Wolfe to anyone.

    I felt pressured to buy the extended warranty. I've had my car 4 months and so far it's needed over $4,000 in repairs, non of which the warranty covered.

    Julius Brown, Sales Rep, was very excited to help us with our purchase. He made the car buying experience light and informative; not stressful or pressured.... Josh from finance was also glad to help us finalize the papers and took good care of us when it came down to signing the paperwork.
