    Diana was great She answered all of my questions and had so much patience with me and my daughter. She didnt have an issue with showing us over 3 cars.... And test driving a car isnt such a hassle with used car genius unlike other dealerships. they make things real easy and simple. Will definitely be coming back to talk to diana and buy a car from her

    Always trust someone named Nick! He was the best in helping me find the Range Rover Sport of my dreams. Add the 5yr/100k powertrain warranty and a haggle-free... price. I was in and out of the door within a couple of hours, feeling like I am part of the UCG family. Thanks Nick and the team at UCG!

    visited Cargenius a few times we couldn't make up our minds or agree. We settled on a 2016 Audi A4 sedan. My car was totaled and we had to buy something... to replace it. Sales people are no pressure and will give you access to all the cars. Its a non negotiable pricing and all cars include 5year 100k powertrain warranty. Doc fee is very reasonable compared to other dealers we visited. Overall it was a good experience they have a lot of cars to choose from

    I really wanted to give this place a good review, but unfortunately I won’t be. Our experience started out great: we went for a test drive with Diana who... was awesome and extremely personable. We loved the vehicle and went back inside to talk numbers. While waiting, Diana came to us and asked us if we would be willing to write a review for how our experience was with her. We said “of course” because she really was great, but the link that was sent for her review, wasn’t specific to her, it was for the dealership as a whole; (which now makes sense as to why this place has so many great reviews) so we held off on writing any sort of review until all was said and done. Which is why I’m writing this now, a month later. We had found the vehicle we were interested in on cars.com so we didn’t realize that all of the prices at this particular dealership were set with no negotiating. Instead of explaining this to us like a human being, Adam was rude and condescending and told us to leave his office. As we went to leave the dealership, another manager (Paul maybe?) stepped in and played the knight in shining armor by giving us more for our trade in. We were very happy with the price in the end, so we got the vehicle. Four days later, as I went outside to get in my car to go to work, it wouldn’t start. I called Used Car Genius right away and they told me to get it towed to a local Jeep dealership and to contact them with what the issue was. Turns out we needed a new battery. I called them back and let them know and they said it would not be a problem at all and that they would reimburse us for the battery. I emailed the $300 invoice over to Paul who reassured me that the check would be in the mail within a week. I was super happy with how hassle free this all appeared to be, but two weeks later I still hadn’t received the check. I emailed Paul and got no response. I then called the dealership. I was told a manager would call me back. They never did. I called again, they told me that their finance department didn’t have any record of a reimbursement for me and that a manager would call me back. Once again, no one called me back. So I called a third time and this time was told the check had been mailed the week prior. A week later, I finally got the reimbursement check in the mail. The postmark shows that it was mailed three days after that phone call, not the week prior. If they had just been up front and honest, admitted that they forgot to send out my reimbursement and apologized for the inconvenience, I wouldn’t have even bothered with this review. But they didn’t. So save yourself the headache and just avoid this place.

The reviews that you have seen on the internet are all true, from ...a wide set of wonderful customers who have had a great experience purchasing or even just stopping in to shop for a vehicle in a nontraditional format. This includes a commission free sales staff, haggle free upfront pricing, a pressure free environment, and arguably the best no charge certification program with 5 years or 100k coverage from time of purchase not from when the vehicle first went into service when it was new. We truly apologize for any delay in getting your reimbursement check to you. We pride ourselves in complete transparency in backing up what we promise to do unlike many conventional dealerships have done in the past. In this case we dropped the ball, and we will learn from this experience and will go back to retraining the people that did not live up to the standards that we hold in the highest regard.
