I purchased a 2012 Audi A4 with 28k original miles from Auction Autohouse and purchased a extended plus warranty for roughly $2,800 as well. The purchase was made from a different state though Florida is our primary residence. I purchased the vehicle for my Son who had just graduated Officer school for the Military as a gift so he wasn't wrapped into any payments. So wanted to make sure he was taken care of mechanically as well for at least a few years. Initially my interactions with this company was great as I assume everyone's is. Once it came to contract and having the car picked up (paid cash via wire transfer) it became shady, rude, argumentive and dismissive. Being the low miles on the car there was certain toleration for the behavior. There were communication issues after issues. I had the car set to be picked up by a national auto transport company and the dealership demanded the paperwork be signed by wet signature overnighted. Though there was no finance contracts involved. Those were never sent to me. Only to send me documents to be E-signed later the evening the car was supposed to be picked up and had to be cancelled. So I needed to find another transport. Then they spent a day demanding and arguing that I needed to sign POWER OF ATTORNEY over to a driver in order to pick up my vehicle. Meanwhile I've never seen any paperwork on extended warranty the owner/ finance sold me. Nothing on exactly what's covered or effective date ECT. No contract for the warranty has ever been signed by me or been seen at all! Meanwhile I asked for the car to be put into my son's name when deal was made and they put it in mine. Argued with me that the ORIGINAL tires that were still on the vehicle could not be dry rotted and looked good. Which new tires was part of the deal. I received the car with original tires, it was unwashed or cleaned still had the flag in the video they sent laying in the same spot. Though the sales person argued they had placed it right back in the same spot after cleaning lol. And the service engine soon light is on. STILL NO WARRANTY INFO! No information of what company or anything. No proof of where my $2,800 even went besides their pockets. At this point their integrity is extremely questionable. From the beginning I requested this information repeatedly. Now over a dozen calls, text messages to salesman and sales, repeated calls to finance no one will give me answers. Finally yesterday the finance was too busy to speak to me once again and sent a message through whoever answered the phone that I would get my refund from the warranty company. WHAT WARRANTY COMPANY??? They want me to wait for a refund of pretty much 3k from a phantom warranty company that I don't even have a contract with!? Then! Take their word for it!? Their words are empty and useless. My contract is with the dealership NOT the warranty company that may or may not even exist. Absolutely poor business practices, inexperienced, questionable integrity to say the least. Complete SCAMMERS. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY! Besides my son being basically happy with the car this experience was disgusting.

Pleas save yourself and do not use this company.

The most dishonest people I have worked with. A damage that was made by the company somehow ended up that we are paying. Its a ripoff and a shame that they try to pull money out of customers for there own mistakes.

Best place to buy used cars through auction. Here, you can browse a huge range of cars with their brands. I admire the whole auction process and quality of vehicles.
