Natalia was my original point of contact for my VW ID4, and she was amazing! She was able to get me and my husband in for a test drive the same day I emailed her. We were then paired up with Chad who was great too! He was very knowledgeable about the German car lineup and got us a great price as well. He didn’t make us feel pressured to make any decisions immediately, which helped us decide to buy! We wrapped up with Roman who was another delight to be around. Super great energy from him, and was really great at explaining everything to us and going over all of our options. We decided to add tint to the vehicle, and they were able to get us in the next morning, it came out amazing! We were really pleased with our experience here. We definitely are not your usual clientele, but we felt like we were treated the same way as someone buying a brand bee Porsche and that’s a great customer experience on its own. :)

I have purchased many cars over the years, this is my second Porsche from this dealer, and this was the best overall experience of them all. Trace Paulson was very helpful regarding the various features and the importance of each. I very much appreciated both his knowledge and candor. I ordered window tinting and protective coating and understood that I would be contacted about scheduling. After several days I had to call to get this scheduled.

Excellent service from beginning to end, all aspects went well on all fronts, negotiations to closing.

Warren is the consummate sales associate. I’m not your typical Porsche purchaser. I walked into dealership on a whim and left a purchaser. Warren patiently listened to my questions and gave me concise answers. He offered a list of his inventory, a quick drive of his product and I was an owner. Warrens quick respectful sales approach was perfect for my expectations.

Customer service from Ryan Western was unprofessional, as the salesman was not honest about sale. Salesman Ryan communicated that the vehicle was available, sent a purchase quote for down payment , then subsequently next day stated car was sold. After customer complained, Ryan made the vehicle again available for sale following day. This salesman cannot be trusted. I hope this practice is not reflective of Prestige Imports business, but this salesman is the character (or lack of) that currently represents the sales team.

Although the dealership did not have the specific car I was looking for, the salesperson was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable about the Turbo S I was interested in. Without a doubt, he truly was a brand ambassador.
