DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS DEALER UNLESS YOUR OK WITH A BEYOND xxxxTY EXPERIENCE I found a used Chevy Colorado at this dealership that was exactly what I was looking for. I talked to the dealership and determined I wanted to buy this said Colorado. However, I live 5 hours away from the dealer so I spoke to a salesman for a day or so and agreed on the price. Then the next day I was sent a purchase agreement to take to my bank and get the loan approved. About three times I confirmed the price. However, on the agreement the price had been changed with the salesman telling me that he had not for said he would sell it to me for that. That he had only verbatim told me that he’d try to discount it. I let this matter go giving him the benefit of the doubt. I went to the credit union with this revised price and took out a loan. I received a cashiers check made out to the dealership along with a purchase agreement. When I called the dealer saying I had got the loan and asking them to hold the Colorado till I arrived the next morning they told me they could not let the vehicle leave the lot without the check clearing. I then went back and forth with the salesman and the financial advisor at the dealer in a good cop bad cop manner. The salesman was only relaying what the financial guy was saying. At this point they had realized I was actually getting a decent deal on the vehicle and that they could not get any money on the financing. This turned into a whole ordeal with at a certain point I had myself, a lawyer, and the president of the financial institution involved. At which point I decided to take my business elsewhere. Apparently if they are not making enough money off of you they will make it impossible for you to buy from them. Regardless, if a cashiers check, a call from the president of the financial institution, and a signed contract with the dealer is not good enough then clearly, there’s something wrong.

Ask a lot of questions. Do your research.

"HAS PASSED ALL SAFETY AND MAINTENANCE REQUIREMENTS" Has 59,200 miles on it. I called. None of the 60K maintenance has been done. See, they aren't technically lying because it's still 800 mile shy of 60K. Tire Sales guy I spoke to was a joke. Typical scummy car dealer.

Steven, We are sorry to hear that you were unhappy with your experience. All of our pre-owned vehicles go through an extensive inspection prior to sale. That inspection can generate a long list of both required and recommended maintenance. We perform all required maintenance on any vehicle we sell. However, especially in the case of older vehicles, we sometimes forgo the recommended items. Often buyers of older vehicles prefer to save money on the purchase price and perform the recommended maintenance themselves, or they have a preferred independent shop they routinely work with. There is nothing nefarious going on here. The recommended maintenance items are disclosed to prospective customers (much like they were to you), and the customer can have us perform the maintenance or purchase the vehicle as-is. If we were to perform the recommended maintenance at the outset, the vehicle price would increase accordingly, and we take away options from the customer. When selling older vehicles, we have found that it's better to keep the customer's options open.

Worst experience in my life!

Worst experience in my life!!! Bought a car from them. The clutch went out 2 days after purchase and they tried blaming me for it (I've drove manual for many years) either way they insinuated that they would fix the car for free for me since I had just purchased it 48 hours prior. The service department then held onto my car for 2 entire months (could never get anyone on the phone) and sent me a bill for over $11,000! I even had to get an attorney involved to resolve this issue. Buyer beware, I have never had such a terrible experience in my entire life with an auto dealership or mechanic. TLDR: Was straight lied to, and was unable to get anyone on the phone or to return calls. If you want a really expensive (about triple price of similar mechanics) and extremely long repair (took 2 months for a clutch replacement) this place will definitely suit you!

This was the smoothest, most amazing Sales Associate and

This was the smoothest, most amazing Sales Associate and Dealership I think I've ever worked with. They went BIG on helping me out, and everything went exactly to the mark what he said came true from the initial phone call to the delivery of my car. I will 100% use them again, it was unreal how truly helpful Corwin was through the process and I would recommend him to ANYONE.

This is a follow up on a review I recently wrote about Scott and his dealership. As much as the issue I was dealing with drove me crazy for months, Scott dug his heals in and found resolution for me. I find that to be a real testament to Scott’s ability to problem solve and see an issue through to the end. I just purchased a used 2018 AMG C43 from Prestige, and they give the same attention and work ethic to their sales of used vehicles as new ones. We’ve bought 2 new cars from them , and now two used ones. They worked with us on our trade in and on the used car pricing, and are quite honestly exemplary in their effort to make sure their customer is taken care of, even when purchasing a used car. Scott Wondrasch, the sales mngr personally got involved to approve several repairs, even after “As is” status was agreed. I really can’t say enough about the fairness of this dealership. They are exemplary!! Give them your business. You won’t regret it!

Terrible experience.

Terrible experience. I have been working on an issue with this dealership for 7 months and it is still not resolved. I keep getting the run around and told I would be communicated with and they simply don’t follow through with what they say they’re going to do. I give up trying to resolve this issue and Mr. west basically dismissed me from his office and said I am free to do business elsewhere. I don’t know about you bout I don’t like to be promised something in order to make a sale and then not provide the service. An Audi international representative said this is a training issue at this dealership. No accountability

Greg, we always encourage our customers to communicate their experience at Prestige. Whether positive or negative, we value our customer's feedback and utilize it to grow from our strengths and learn from our shortcomings. As we have told you before regarding this particular matter, numerous Prestige employees have contacted Audi Technical Support in an effort to secure a code to activate Audi Connect on your vehicle. However, the original owner never activated Audi Connect on this vehicle and did not have the activation code, so the system was never brought online. Audi of America does not have a solution for 2nd owners to secure a code to activate an Audi Connect system that is technically still "locked" by the original code. This is a known issue, and there is currently no way to fix the problem. Admittedly it is an after-sale issue with Audi and the dealer network (Prestige included), and we stand ready to assist any 2nd owners dealing with similar situations. But until we have a viable solution to remedy this problem, we will continue to thank you for your patience. We understand the importance of the remote lock/unlock feature for your Q5, and we will be in touch once Audi of America provides us with a solution. As always, we will be happy to valet your car into our dealership and perform the necessary software upgrade with little inconvenience to you.
