If I could give this dealer a Zero I would . A lot a customers go car shopping and have no idea what they want. Us on the other hand had everything in mind. We clearly stated to our sales rep what we expected. We started working with Miguel. Out of no where he was gone and another guy named Justin butted in. He clearly had no idea what our expectations where. Based off of what we had worked with with Miguel he sayd he already had communicated with him ,but clearly did not. On that note we found a vehicle we liked. Some small issues were adressed and before the final sale, we asked them to be fixed. Before closing the deal we thought we would close with Miguel comes again to see he was gone and we have this other guy Justin. Well Justin cheated us on buying the extended warranty on the vehicle. Telling us it would cover the parts we were worried could become damaged. I called the warranty and they confirmed "NO" they do not cover them. I would have to pay out of pocket ,Also I have to pay for a diag which was never mentioned at closing deal. Which by the way the contract had to be redone when signed by Justin and resigned by Miguel. There was errors made at closing we already felt really uncomfortable with Justin when this now had happened. Not even having my vehicle half a year and it breaks down . Dealer is really hard to work with will not get me in asap to get it seen , and reps when calling are really rude and even hang up on you and will not pass your info to speak to main rep you where dealing with. Do not buy cars from small dealerships. Not worth loosing your time and money. Will not be doing business again in the future . Next time will be going to a more prestige Dealership.

Found the petition car for my son. Justin was helpful, knowledgeable, and patient. Even though I was purchasing the vehicle for my son, he spoke to my son and explained things to him too. The team even helped us when we realized we wanted Gap insurance, and modified the paperwork.

Armando and the team were wonderful. They were up front and honest and made sure we were comfortable and understood everything. Great experience, definitely recommend!
