My service tech was great.

My service tech was great. He communicated with me as needed and they completed the repairs in a speedy manor. I use this dealership a lot with my fleet vehicles and always have a great experience. Thanks team.

My Service Tech, Heather, always goes above and beyond

My Service Tech, Heather, always goes above and beyond for me. She is very friendly and extremely competent. She gets you in as quickly as she can (usually same or next day), keeps you informed of the progress of repairs, and arranges whatever you may need while your vehicle is being serviced - whether it's a ride to wherever you need to be or arranging a rental. I will not take my vehicle anywhere else while Heather works there...there is no need to go anywhere else. 5-star service!

The best automotive experience I've ever had!

The best automotive experience I've ever had! This is my first time to this service center. I had to come because the service center (Alan Vigil) where I bought my car (2) wanted me to leave it for a week. I couldn't do that, I don't have another car. I got an appointment in two days, it was two hours to find out what was wrong and my car was fixed in four hours. While my car was being serviced, they took me home. When my car was ready, they brought the car back to me. I have never had that done before after buying two cars and using another service center for ten years. You can best believe that I will be back next time something goes wrong!

I can not think of a single negative, during the entire process. Tom Matthews was the sales Professional who I had the pleasure working with to find my dream Car. Tried to buy a 2024 F350 Platinum.

Tried to buy a 2024 F350 Platinum. I have worked back and forth on the price. We finalized price. I was going to get the majority of the money wire transferred and pay the rest with a check. Dealer does not accept personal checks or credit cards. I also wanted face time of the vehicle. That seems to be a challenge. Customer focus is not a part of this dealers beliefs. If the dealer does not bend over backwards for you to buy a vehicle, they don't deserve your business. Dont buy from them.
