Went in for Maintainence, I then moved so had to go to a different place for the next Maintenence check. Found out last time they had put 3 of my tires on backwards. So much for being Toyota experts. Never going back again.

Fairly unhappy with our experience buying a Rav 4 prime. I know we were lucky to find one, but there were issues. 1) when we were making the deal, the salesperson asked if we wanted to finance at 5-6 percent interest . We said no, at that rate, we would pay cash. When we sat with the finance manager , he asked why we would not want to finance using their ‘cheap’ money? I said, 5-6 percent interest is cheap? He said no, 3 percent or so. Not sure why the salesperson did not know this. Then when we had the overpriced cross bars installed by the dealer, the service tech never gave us the pop off panels where the cross bars attached! So when we take the cross bars off , we had open holes in the roof. The salesperson mail us a set of panels, they were incorrect one was a duplicate so one was missing. Then they had to order the correct piece. This took a month to resolve . Sales mgr Kyle did not think this was a big deal and did not compensate me with a requested oil change or two. Said he would mail me a $25 gift card, never did. My wife and I want to order a 2022 bz4x. We will not order it from McGee . Oh, and a $795 remote start system. Pricey!

Their price of the new Toyota Tundra on cars.com is $10,000 less than on their website. Snakes. Remember these car dealers jacking up the price and gouging customers when inventory improves and they are desperate to sell cars.

Just bought a 2017 Subaru Outback from McGee and had an excellent experience! Cassie was able to help answer all of my questions and shared the CarFax and their inspection report making the process of coming to an agreement a breeze. After a test drive to seal the deal, I was able to drive the car home the same day with a streamlined paperwork process. Cassie was super helpful and even helped me set up my phone Bluetooth connection with the car and showed me many of the car features before I headed home.
