Dishonest and Untrustworthy – Avoid This Dealership! I had an extremely disappointing experience with this dealership. I placed a 500$ they ask for a deposit on a car I was interested in after being explicitly assured by their agent Marcus that the deposit would be fully refundable if I didn’t like the car. I traveled all the way from California to Oregon to inspect the vehicle, only to find it didn’t meet my expectations. When I asked for my deposit back, the same agent initially assured me I’d be refunded. However, after I provided my card details as requested, he stopped responding to my calls and texts. The dealership’s owner later refused to refund my deposit, claiming it was non-refundable—despite their agent’s verbal promise and repeated assurances.He hung up on me and never return my calls again. This dealership lied to me and misled me into placing the deposit. I also noticed after the fact that the receipt had fine print about deposits being non-refundable, which was never disclosed or explained beforehand. Their behavior feels predatory and unethical, especially since I traveled such a long distance based on their false promises. Save yourself the stress, frustration, and financial loss—stay away from this dealership. They do not honor their word and seem to have no regard for honesty or customer service.

This guy is a total scam artist. This guy sold us a car with an obvious oil leak. Oil all over the ground when we looked at the car, the owner told me that oil was not from the car and it ran great with no issues. Barely made it home before check engine light came on. Called company and he simply didn't care. Told me I would have to buy the 500 warranty they sell. Complete joke and lemon dealer

I was looking for a good commuter car and found one at JD Auto PDX. I found the experience to be better than those I have had a larger dealerships. Jud was great to work with. Low pressure, very prompt at returning text messages and professional. I was a cash buyer, which helped with the amount of paperwork but he had it all in order and ready to go. I have owned the car for about a week and I find it to be a great deal. I would have no reservations about using them again in the future. THX JUD!
