BMW dealer unable to solve battery problem

If buying a new BMW, once the warranty has expired use Ian's Garage. Took my 'dead' BMW X3 to the dealer and twice the rear battery was replaced. Third time, the towing company solved the problem by also replacing the battery under the hood. BMW dealer was unable to solve the problem twice, dead BMW 3X. If a towing company can solve the problem, why are trained BMW mechanics unable to solve the problem?

Be ready to sit around waiting.

Took delivery of a new X5 on April 15th. Negatives - Had an appointment at 11am. Took more than 5 hours to complete the process. It was obvious that the dealership had done nothing to prep the car before we got there. Very frustrating performance from a ‘prestige’ brand dealer on a $72m vehicle. Positives - Salesman was professional and sympathetic. - General Mgr was aware of the situation and threw in a set of all weather floor mats at no cost as a way to apologize for the inconvenience. All that said, it was a long, unhappy experience.

Website is a nightmare specially when it comes to...

Website is a nightmare specially when it comes to service, tire center and pricing. Never works, it almost look like a scam I get those texts with offers and service prices when I take the car for the appointment they tell me it’s double the price. Check engine light website $110 when you take car to the dealership they tell you $220. Oil change website$ 79.95 dealership $99.99 it’s just ridiculous and misleading your customers.

What's up with sales or rebates? I get texts with promotions I bring the car to the dealership and the guys at the dealership don't know about. last experience. I bought four tires with a $ 100 rebate. I fill it up the rebate form. the process center replied they can't honor the rebate due to unknown part number and dealer name for the tires. which is interesting Because I submitted the receipt. I'm sorry but this issues look like a scam to me.
