I filed a complaint with BMW about the Santa Fe
I filed a complaint with BMW about the Santa Fe dealership. Not what it used to be. Sad. I hadn't read the cards that were @ service persons desk. When Trevor came back with my credit card, I asked if he could cancel so that I could do the 90 days no interest option. He said he couldn't do that. I've purchased 5 cars from this dealership.

Would never ever take my vehicle back to this dealership. The service people treat me like I am stupid and I don’t know my vehicle when something is clearly wrong with it.
