Went for. oil change and tire rotation. No appt but was done in a timely manner. No pressure to do extra recommendations of services. Good price

This has been my worst experience ever since buying cars.

This has been my worst experience ever since buying cars. I purchased my last 3 vehicles from Matt Bower in Metairie. It has been down hill since I walked in the door. I called before going and was told they had new inventory on Traverse 2025. That was a lie. Only had 1 RED. I should of left right then. But they insist I take it for a spin and they could get me another color.. I could go on and on but my biggest issue is customer service. They all act like the old time salesman. They wo t return my calls. The finance officer doesn't work there anymore and I am trying to get my $1,000 GAP money back since I paid my loan off and went with another way lower interest. . Another lie BOA. They must have stock with them to push that financing. Stay away.

It was the worst experience I have ever dealt with in trying to get my vehicle repaired. The 2 reasons I brought the car in for service still has not been fixed but it cost me $5300.00 and well over a month at the shop.
