I first walked in and no one acknowledged me. I came to buy a new car and had an appointment. I called to confirm my appointment and they assured me it was ok. When I got there I was standing around for an hour. Had to go get someone to help me and Rashid the sales guy was very rude and very unknowledgeable. I asked to speak with his manager and manager was no help. They’re attitude was as take it or leave it! Bathrooms were not working and no where to sit. Was treated very bad and someone should take a look on how they do business. It’s a rip off!

Horrible service, Stay away!!!!
Absolutely terrible experience, don’t waste your time here. Walked in to view a car I had seen online and entered to a bunch of employees huddled at the front desk laughing on their phones, nobody even glanced up to see a customer walk in. There was only one other customer shopping at the time, I approached the desk to ask for help and the guy looked up from his phone confused as to why I was talking to him. He told me to look around and that someone would be with me shortly. 25 minutes went by and nobody came up to me or said a word to me, with many employees moving up and down between stairs but nobody was available to help a customer looking to purchase. I left without saying anything and emailed the manager/owner, never got a response back. Can tell that customer service is an afterthought here and they’re not serious about selling to people who walk in. Do yourself a favor, don’t come here and go to a dealership that respects your time and takes you seriously.

Great variety and options of cars. The in door showroom itself is attractive. The atmosphere is fun and customer friendly. My sales rep Rashid was awesome. He wasknowlegeable, assisted me every step of the way. I would recommend anyone to check these guys out

false advertising prices
Avoid this place. Prices advertised is actually 5k more than what is advertised. They start by telling you the price is after your 5k down payment. Another terrible dealership. Buyer beware

Avoid these crooks
This dealer demonstrates everything that is wrong about used car dealers. They practice false advertising, artificially lowering prices of the vehicles online, only to add random dealer and certification fees once they lure buyers into their dealership. Expect the price of your car go up by $3000-$4000. They also don’t like their vehicles inspected by independent mechanics which is more than suspicious. It took a $500 down payment to make them agree to an independent inspection! Avoid Island Auto Mall - unless you are ready to get ripped off.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE DO NOT COME HERE
After my terrible experience or being lied to on the phone multiple times by sales reps and told that the car was there when it was sold almost 2 days ago, I wasted an entire day driving from Boston to NY to be told both cars had been sold, after I explicitly had asked them if both cars were available. Please don't waste your time and energy going to this place, better off paying more money for a car closer to home.

Just dishonest, avoid at all cost!
I guess I’m the next victim of these con artists. Their business model is to lure people in with low prices and then add $3000-4000 on top of the advertised price for certification fees etc. Of course, non of these additional fees are mentioned anywhere. It’s just a very dishonest way of doing business and unfortunately Island Auto Mall is everything you don’t want to deal with when buying a used car. Save your time and money and go elsewhere. Oh, and don’t believe them when you call them and ask whether there are additional fees. They plainly lie to you as they did to me!

I can honestly say they are a great company
I can honestly say they are a great company, they handle everything with so much professionalism. I recommend anyone to get a car from island auto mall, great car for good prices.
