They took my 5k down-payment and had me sign all the paper work and pay for insurance just to find out I wasn't going to get the vehicle! My 5k was taken within seconds and the refund has yet to hit my account!!

There is a new option I did I give you a negative rate on this dealership I purchase new GMC Yukon XL 2022 before three weeks ago they charge me over sticker 11,000+ extra warranty 9000 when I purchased this vehicle that time is late night They didn’t mention me they’re charging extra warranty 9000 what about the finance guy told me signature I trust him and a sign first when I make a deal the dealer manager told me they’re going to charge me over sticker 10% because I am buying on the spot and I agree with that They ran my credit I got approved he signed me for monthly installment 1375 then I have to go to sign a bunch of paper I trust them I sign without reading second day I got all the paperwork because that day is late night next day On paper my payment was 1535 after I told him so he said he would sign everything he can’t change anything I asked for a refund for warranty he said OK I will give you back I am paying sis for weeks that $9000 interest on my bank they are promising me Every time I call tomorrow money is going to reflect on your account now no one answering even that after two weeks my Car showing Transmission service and they found out there is a mistake in transmission switch they have to replace it I am still waiting for my refund but I got cheated No honesty at all!

In my life first time terrible experience there is no honesty in this world I feel like that I bought new GMC Yukon XL on August 13 that day Saturday is almost closing time I visit showroom the sales guy and one of the manager make a deal because of the vehicle available if I purchase today I have to pay 10% extra I agree with that sticker price of vehicle 73,000 around 10 percentage is 7300 I trade in my old vehicle they offer me 3500 and I agree with that they ran my credit I approve the chase bank He told me your monthly installment going to 1375 Hi signature it Because of the late night I trust one finance manager he told me sign here in an initial here I didn’t read and I trust them and they make me sign every paper that was Saturday night so they said come back on Tuesday to get your paperwork On Monday I go there and they said come back tomorrow it’s not ready Tuesday I go there and my loan ended with a $93,000 and I ask how it’s possible can you show me the charge me almost 15,000 extra on my sticker +9500 extra warranty without asking me the loan already on my account My payment ended with 1575 and I ask him how it’s possible how is App and I never permit you and he told me you sign you didn’t release your Fault this is America you have to read everything no trust he told me I can refund your cancel your warranty give you back that 8500 I said OK give me the bag I don’t want any promise me this week you’re going to reflect on your loan amount the money refunded since four weeks there is no money I am paying interest even now they are not answering my call second thing after he won two weeks my vehicle showing transmission issue on display there is no customer service there is no relationship there is no trust I want to talk owner of that dealership but they are not contacting me negative review every day I Get frustrated if I think this not happy at all after this purchase! If he when I want to return this vehicle I can!

Was having a continuing issue with my Enclave.
Was having a continuing issue with my Enclave. The service manager Rich Morton agreed to take a ride along with me to identify what was happening. After a quick ride he was able to identify the issue and facilitated the repairs. Great Customer Service and will certainly continue to bring my car there for regular maintenance as well.
