José was the best salesman I’ve ever dealt with.

José was the best salesman I’ve ever dealt with. I flew from Georgia to Rhode Island to for a 2014 vehicle with 32,000. I was able to work a great deal and he was very professional with lots of patience. Car was in excellent condition as he mentioned. He answered all my questions and made this out of state deal go very smoothly. Thank you.

Jose worked really hard on my deal and got me the car I

Jose worked really hard on my deal and got me the car I wanted! He works extremely hard and I thank him and the prestige family for everything they’ve done. I love my new car.

Pretty disappointed.

Pretty disappointed. Found a car on cars.com. Drove it and liked it. Dealership wouldn’t honor the price listed on cars.com because it’s a “third party site”. Just wanted to get more money out of us. Makes no sense to me, we were ready to buy. Plenty of more honest sellers out there.

Go check out my nephew Anthony Miranda over at Prestige

Go check out my nephew Anthony Miranda over at Prestige Mitsubishi! He took care of me and wifey out after having a horrible experience at our previous dealership that we do business with. We ended up trading that car in and leaving with a brand new car! They call us to remind us about our oil changes and recommend service, which is amazing because we work Monday through Friday so we do get sidetracked at times. Gary always gets us in right away and they even go out of their way and clean the car for us! Make sure to ask for Anthony when you get there and give him an opportunity to earn your business!

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Prestige Auto Mart, and I must say, the experience was fantastic. Anthony, the salesman, was incredibly knowledgeable and patient. He took the time to walk me through all the details of the vehicles I was interested in and made sure I felt comfortable every step of the way. Eddy, who helped with the financing, was equally professional and transparent, ensuring I understood all the terms and options available. Overall, I highly recommend Prestige Auto Mart for anyone in the market for a vehicle – their customer service is top-notch!

So not buy a car from them.

So not buy a car from them. If you leave a negative review because they sell lemons they won’t service your car. We only had the car since last March and it has had a motor, alternator, battery and oil leak supposedly fixed. Now they are saying they won’t fix the stripped bolt for an oil change that they did. And it all boils down to me telling the truth about how they are all in it for the money.

This was my first time buying a car from a dealership.

This was my first time buying a car from a dealership. From the very beginning to the end my experience with this dealer has been extraordinary. Jose Ribera is a delight to work with. He is professional, direct and very knowledgeable. I knew which car I wanted and he made sure he explained all of the features of it to make sure I was making the right choice. The facilities of the dealership are great, they give you free drinks and snacks, and their waiting area is very comfortable. They cleaned my brand new car and they made sure they filled the tank!. 10/10.

Thank you victor Monterio for your great hospitality. We had many laughs as we conducted a business arrangement I enjoyed every bit of the service. To top it off when I reached finance I was giving some sweet complimentary packages for my purchase and the hospitality in that department was just as pleasant. On a scale 1-10 How likely will I rate my overall service I give a 10 On a scale 1-10 How like would I recommend a friend, family member, co-worker etc I a 10 as well. Great work to two men I had did business with.

Great buy at prestige Mitsubishi ! Anthony Miranda was excellent and helped me from start to finish with the car search and payment search even helped me with insurance. Really went above and beyond! Thank you and will highly recommend !
