Caroline helped out alot no one would approve me with my credit she helped and got me a car the same day she made sure the car was perfect and clean for when I picked it up will be back for another car for my girlfriend thanks again :)

My sales lady was Caroline and she was wonderful. I took the truck for a test drive and I loved it! She asked me if I wanted to take it home that same day. What?!? I definitely didn’t expect that, but she did her job and I was out of there within an hour (with my new truck)! Excellent, excellent service. I have never ever had such a bad experience in my life. They lied, switched cars, never called or communicated. When we showed up to sign paperwork on our car, they had a different car waiting for us. Oh yeah, and it was $85.00 a month more than the original price. If I could give a zero I would. DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE. I almost got burned. Read this so you won't.

Having Challenging credit to say the least I was in need of a car loan. Having been turned down for a traditional loan and hearing Manny and Jeff over the years on the radio I decided to give Prestige a call. I spoke directly to Matt to go over my needs and to explain my credit challenge. I spoke with Matt for at least 20 minutes and he assured me not only will I be approved I will have MY choice of cars to choose from under the "buy here pay here" program. With a decent down payment then reasonable monthly payments I now have my perfect ride. I was literally picked up at my home by Matt (on his day off no less) and within minutes I was driving. I cant thank Matt enough for a first class experience! I will return soon to get my wife a car from this First Class dealership!

Although I didn't plan on buying a car, I was glad I decided to check out Prestige Auto. Being a first time car buyer, I found the process was very easy. I was helped by Jose, who gave exceptional customer service. He took the time to explain everything I needed to know about the car and buying process. He even answered any question I was unsure about. My overall experience at Prestige went very good. I was comfortable and never felt pressured to purchase a car.
