The sales representative was very good.

The sales representative was very good. Thor only issue was the car was not in the correct advertised shape. The car was in an accident but the carfax had no record about it. The repair must have been done without record and no insurance.

Reveal a smokers car upfront

I had an appointment to test drive a 2021 Lexus RX 350. They asked me to provide my drivers license license after I already had uploaded into the system. During the test drive the car had a strong smoke odor covered up with perfume. My eyes stared watering during the test drive. I wish they could have revealed that this car was a smokers car before I set my appointment and wasted my time. Not a great first time experience with CarMax

Disappointed

My husband and I went to look at a few used cars with intent to purchase. We had found a few models that caught our eye, but then found out they weren't at this location. That kind of upset me- why list a vehicle on your website that is over 500 miles away? Upon arrival, the dealership is large and impressive, very clean looking. There was little by way of a greeting- people were all engaged with buyers. We were told if we wanted to test drive, it would be over an hour wait. A couple of our choices were not on the lot or not where we could find them. Lack of window stickers didn't help. We left pretty disappointed and bought a brand new car where we were better appreciated and choices were as shown on the website.
