Their pricing on their website is very honest.

Their pricing on their website is very honest. They don't double stack rebates. Service is the reason for 4 vs 5 star. Appointments can be very tough to get and like last time they forgot to fix 2 items so I have to take in again

liars

The finance manager Craig is a downright liar. He flat out, told me that he was financing me through a prime lender that allowed principal only payments without any penalty or interest. I asked him three different ways to make sure that this was the case, and he assured me that it was. I went to make my first principal. Only. Payment only to find out that the company that he financed me through does not accept principal only payments and I will always pay interest on every payment that I make. I asked him if I could call in at any time and pay five thousand or ten thousand and he said yes without issue. It is a downright lie. my first "principal only" payment was applied to interest. and ally confirmed it. They are dishonest and they lie to get you financed with shady companies.. . However I wish to note that both craig and their sales manager called me on the phone today trying to cover their tracks. Take back what he said. Act like he never said this. and that I was just misunderstanding them. You can clearly hear him in this video say, that they SHOULD NOT be taking any interest out of the principal ONLY payments and that I need to call and talk to a supervisor. and get it figured out. Btw I did and that supervisor told me that they have NEVER allowed principal only payments. that you will pay the full finance/fees and other charges. A simple google search tells you that this is the WRONG company to use if you are trying to pay down your vehicle quickly. Which is exactly what I told craig I wanted to do. . But even after talking to ally and then going back and talking to craig again. HE STUCK by what he told me. until i threatened a lawyer and then he changed his tune to oh that's not what I said. He claims you are always going to pay interest and I can just pay extra on top of my normal payment and I'll still pay the exact same interest. BUT not any extra interest. SO it's not principal only. They are a shady company and they twist their words. and then try and make you feel stupid. Its black and white He told me I could call in or write a check at anytime for principal only. that is not true, I will pay the same interest EVERY TIME. I'm not saving anything. they apply to INTEREST/fees first. He signed a loan with me under false terms and now they are refusing to make it right. Or do anything to compensate for the extra cost I will incur because of their lies. btw LOVE MY JEEP! Too bad it was purchased from the wrong dealership. I financed through JP Morgan with my previous car and I called in a week after I purchased the car and made a 10k dollar payment and EVERY penny went straight to the loan. that is an honest company. the following month. I made my regular payment and then a few days later. a 5k dollar payment and that WENT STRAIGHT twd the principal also. I tried to do the same with ALLY as Craig promised and was told through the chat box it would go twd principal but over the phone that interest comes out of every payment. and they do not offer principal only payments. no amount of explanation will change that he lied.

My New Jeep Wrangler

I would like to thank Bryan Hartke from Lue Fuse Jeep for a great experience on our long awaited Jeep Wrangler. Although we waited many months for our new jeep it was no fault of the dealership when they are at the mercy of the manufacture. After many months Brian and his sales manager Mike made sure that the deal that we had written months ago stayed true to their word. We came in to the dealership with our trade and they gave us what they promised. The whole process was quick and stress-free, can’t thank everyone enough at Lou Fuse Jeep in O’Fallon Mo. Deceptive practices

They sold me a 2013 Ford Explorer with a broken A/C. Went back to ask for it to be repaired, they shrugged it off and refused to make things right. They knowingly sold a car with A/C problems without disclosing it. Do not shop at Lou Fusz, they are notorious for selling Used cars with problems.
