Made an appointment to look at vehicle following day.

Made an appointment to look at vehicle following day. Showed up 30 min early to appointment and they were in the process of selling the vehicle I was wanting to buy. Drove 1.5 hours one way for nothing. Extremely dissappointed!

THANK YOU DYMETRIO!! When i was searching for a new vehicle i had very needs i wanted met.. all i wanted was it preferably to be a Toyota bc they are known to be beyond reliable vehicles and uphold there years very well! and also something with low miles. When we came across Right Choice Motors having a 2008 Toyota Highlander with an amazing sticker price, i knew thats exactly what i wanted! Lets just say that the experience started out VERY bumpy from the beginning... upon test driving it we realized it was over heating. Even so, we went through with the buying process and he held up his word far more than i expected him to on fixing the overheating issue.. throught blood, sweat, and tears they fixed the problem after many trials and errors. And when i say that Dymetrio proved his honest work in doing so, believe me! The car runs like an absolute gem now, and i have no one but them to thank for that! They were always a simple phone call/text away if i had questions regarding updates on my Yota! and if anything new came up i was always the first one they called! I will definitely be doing more business with them, as i have 3 little ones my self and they will be driving soon. i have full faith that if we get a car for them from Right Choice Motors that it will be a car worth it. and they will be great to work with again! Best Experience Possible

I cannot stress enough how much I recommend this place! The owner and staff are incredibly kind. The process of purchasing my car went smoother than I ever would have imagined as this was my first time purchasing a car on my own. Over a year later and I'm still so thankful for this place, Dima did everything he could to make sure I was satisfied and I ended up getting my dream car for the right price!

great guys and great variety!

the place was a little hard to find but im sure glad i did! dmytro and the manager logan are young but knowledgeable. they answered all of my questions and i had some concerns which were quickly resolved. im happy with my purchase and even happier about the service, loving the car

AVOID AT ALL COSTS

I give them a one because you can't go any lower. Dimitri had a bad attitude to put it nicely. I should have trusted my gut. I worked in banking long enough to know legitimate banks won't loan on a vehicle as old as an 03 and won't loan over book value. He took a two hundred deposit we now find out is non refundable and assured us Wood and Houston would finance the deal because they new him. They refused because he wants 1500.00 over book and I'm out two hundred. We are calling it a lesson learned. We would not do business with this man even if we could get financing.

This young man has the "right" attitude!

Dimetro is young, but has excellent business sense. He is flexible and will work with you to resolve any problems that come up. There were a few issues that I discovered after the sale, which is typical of buying a 15 year old vehicle with high mileage, but he actually rebated half of the cost to do the repairs, which is what I asked for. I am very satisfied. Not perfect, but who is? No matter who you buy an old vehicle from, you should check it out thoroughly to avoid trouble. Dimetro will treat you with respect and work to make you happy.

Disrespectful punk, I do not recommend Dmytro

I asked for one simple repair on a console and he could not repair it in a timely manor. Disrespectful and rude. I’m sorry I paid for an overpriced defective vehicle.

I want to be clear. We have Refused to help this customer with her vehicle due to disrespect and threats. She had purchased a very clean and reliable 2009 Hyundai Sonata for a very fair price. Vehicle didn't have a single mechanical issue or cosmetical issue other then center console. Her only concern was the center console wouldn't stay down. We have agreed to repair the issue but it was mentioned that it will be a used part that may take a "few weeks" to receive because the part would only work from 2009 and 2010 year vehicle. From the day of purchase customer had contacted us 3 times in matter of week rushing us. After 10 days gone by we still haven't had her part. (we have agreed on few weeks that it would take to find correct and quality used part) she has started to harassing us with threats of bad reviews and name calling. At that point we have said she won't receive any services from us. Simply we asked for patience from customer to get her correct part. Agreement was "Few Weeks" which is typically 21-30 days. Customer couldn't hardly wait 10 and started harassing. That's not how we do business. Thank you for all future customers understanding. We treat everyone with great respect long as same respect is given to us. In this case this customer was rude and disrespectful so there for we refused to help her.
