My son purchased a truck here back in December 2024, he paid for it outright. He still has not gotten the title. The dealership will not pick up the phone, will not call back, they have been told that he has not gotten the title. We even drove down and visited in person. We have talked with the Secretary of State several times and have been told the dealership has not paid the required fees for the title, even now almost 8 months later. We will be calling the Illinois Secretary of State Police tomorrow morning.

THIS WHAT THEY SOLD IT WILL NOT EVEN PASS INSPECTION CANT DRIVE Found heavy oil leak on passenger side of engine. Engine appears to have been "resealed" at some point, Prior repairs left many unsecured components including transmission cooler lines, coolant pipes, Missing catalytic converter brace on passenger side. Missing catalytic converter nuts on passenger catalyst/manifold flange. Missing bolts for upper timing chain covers with sealant smeared over bolt holes, missing transmission mounting bolts, etc. (pictures provided) Intermittent faults stored in engine control module for camshaft/crankshaft correlation. Faint lower end knock can be heard at low engine rpm's. Pursuing engine repairs to current assembly are not advised due to potentially cascading problems. Recommend low mileage used engine replacement. I have sourced a used engine with 89K miles on it. *Some parts could take 5-7 business days to arrive* Note: -The left rear tire has little tread life remaining, tires are all mismatched. -The rear wiper arm is broken.

CROOKS and LIARS, incredibly unprofessional and UNETHICAL. I don't know how they are still in business, or how they have avoided lawsuits. Bought a truck and found several issues with it including several safety concerns. They will not return our communication regarding the issue.

Whatever you do. DO NOT BUY A CAR from these crooks. Not only did they sell me a car with thousands of dollars in needed repairs, they screwed up the title paperwork so bad, I can't even register the car in my name and it's been 3 months since I purchased it. I called the Attorney General, my attorney and now the DOT is investigating them.

I bought my mother-in-law a car from there a couple months ago. They were firm on the price due to "ALL" the work they put into it already. Everything on their list of fixes have been replaced or done again. It is all young guys with clearly no interest in selling a reliable vehicle just to make a quick buck. Unfortunately now there is so much time and money my in laws have to spend on this vehicle. Spend a little more time and money to go somewhere else, this slumlord company is not worth either.

Purchased my vehicle on January 17, 2024. on the way home my check engine light came on. I called the dealer was told to bring it back in they will check everything out. I brought the car back in the next day, I was told it needed a catalytic converter After having my car for a week changing the catalytic converter I received my car drove it home the next day the light came back on called them again, was told the turbo charger went out took the car back to the dealer to have the turbo charger replaced and also had a cracked coolant reservoir tank. They had the car for a little over a week picked the car up and noticed the coolant reservoir tank had not been repaired and the check engine light came back on, took the car back for another week. I was told the repairs were complete What is drove it for about 45 minutes heading home Check engine light came back on called the dealer back again and informed them I also took it, and had it examined by , another repair shop that I trusted he examined it told me The coolant reservoir had a hairline crack and headed to be replaced which was $414 and also that the turbo charger needed to be replaced which would be $2700. The cost of these repairs in addition to the $5300 I put down on the vehicle as a down payment. I explained to him the turbo charger had been replaced. He suggested I take it back to the shop took my car back to the shop again they had the car for over a week again when I picked the car up drove home check engine light comes on again it’s now March 1st just getting my car back and the check engine light is still on.This place should not be in business. The vehicles they are selling are no good. They fix them up just enough to get them up off of their lot soon as you get those cars home your check engine light is on and you are out of 1000s of dollars. This has been the worst car buying experience I have ever had and I’ve purchased many cars before in the past. They should not be in business total fraud

Omar was excellent to work with and went 100% above and beyond to answer all of my questions about the vehicle i was looking to purchase. He sent pictures and videos that i had requested. I did not end up purchasing the vehicle i was looking at because of my own personal reasons but i want to personally thank and take my hat off to Omar for his courtesy, patience and diligence in trying to make sure i had every opportunity to purchase this vehicle and looking to make sure that i was completely satisfied.

Great place. Omar. The sellsman very knowledgeable and efficient. If you want a nice car and service this is the place to go. I would recommend all my friends

Very welcoming environment. The sales person listened well. They end up getting me financed for a better vehicle than a traveled over 100 miles for. After getting a diagnostic from best dealership in my area after the as is purchase, they even helped me fix some hidden issues. They have stylish vehicle selections on the lot which made the family trip worth while. The only thing better than getting a used car from Drive Now, would be buying or leasing a new car. Try them out.

All I have to say is DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE, THAY ARE LIARS!!!! I bought a truck from them and it was far from being in the shape thay said it was.
