So far I had a very good experience.

So far I had a very good experience. We were lucky to find a vehicle so fast and the price was right as well as the car and features in the model that we purchased. I feel that it all went smoothly. Unfortunately, the day we picked up the car, it was raining and we didn't get a good tutorial on all the features but that is ok, I will figure it out. I feel Thomas was very patient and was very kind and understanding with our needs. I wish him all the best in all that he does.

On almost every occasion, actions like not installing

On almost every occasion, actions like not installing hardware properly or breaking hardware and not notifying me. Is totally unacceptable. The service department consistently demonstrates a don't care attitude. It is extremely obvious that the completion of a task quickly is the utmost importance even if it compromises the quality of the work. I am even told by service advisors that nobody seems to complain about the things that I complain about. My response is that nobody know reviews the work and looks at it like I do. There are probably hundreds of customers out there driving cars with improperly installed hardware or missing hardware.
